The suite I stayed in was a little different from the pictures. The elevator was broken and I had to carry my luggage on the fourth floor. The kettle was leaking and the hot water was not hot. I also found the previous traveler's hair on the pillow. The hygiene was worrying. Breakfast was not provided. To be honest, I was very disappointed.
