I didn't get a room despite a reservation and had to look for a hotel at night after a 13-hour flight. The employee was super rude and unhelpful. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel does not meet any criteria when it’s comes to a asking or providing a cleaned room that has insects everywhere including near the bed , a fly got stuck in my hair when having a shower a big one aswell. And in my prefer I will not like to worry about sleeping in an hotel also while using others services I’m the hotel so it’s not well thought out by the hote to provide this.

The Oasis advertises itself an an apartment hotel but they are not really apartments, there is no kitchen or separate living area even in their suites (which i booked). The rooms are dated and the TV is tiny (I ended up using my laptop it was so small). The bathroom was old and the drains smelled when you used the shower. Also there was no safe in the rooms. However, saying that the staff were very friendly and tried their best to be accommodating for any requests.
