It’s been a week and my diamond elite status has still not been updated by the extra three days spent there. Sick of chasing these things up with IHG

Lovely hotel. Great location near river and festival precinct. Club lounge provided great breakfast options and evening canapes and drink selection were very generous ( enough to replace dinner on at least one occasion).

I didn’t look carefully when I booked the hotel. The hotel is next to the Adelaide Railway Station and the security situation is poor. When I went out to buy a bottle of milk at night, I was followed by someone who looked like a homeless person. When I returned to the hotel, I encountered a bad boy in the elevator. , very rude. It has greatly lowered my impression of the city of Adelaide, and I will probably never come again next time. After staying for two days, there was no room cleaning service. The overall management level needs to be improved, and the intercontinental gap is larger than other places. All in all a very bad stay experience. The intercontinental difference compared to Sydney is the distance from the earth to the moon. Apart from being cheap, there are no other advantages.
