Two nights based on price, location to tram and low-noise in city. Comfy bed, great view from 9th floor of parkland and hills. Friendly staff Very welcoming.

Hotel is abit far from the city. But it was clean.

Cheaper to and encouraged to book online. Appears most hotels prefer you to book online so someone in Singapore picks up a dollar or two.

The hotel is very general at the front desk before check-in. But after entering the room, turn on the air conditioner. The air conditioner blown out is very smelly! Also the floor was dirty and hadn't been cleaned up. The minimum cleaning before check-in was also completely absent. The overall usage is very unsatisfactory

This hotel is super recommended, whether it is a business trip or a family trip! The room is very clean and has a balcony. The sun is very sunny and the weather is very good during this time! The waiters at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They helped me charge my mobile phone when it ran out of battery, and even called TAXI for me. The people living there are basically foreigners. Although it is not a five-star hotel, the overall quality and decoration of the hotel are refreshing! A 1-minute walk away is a private school. From the balcony, you can see elementary school students getting up to play at 7 o'clock in the morning. The overall atmosphere is great! Will continue to stay next time. The Chinese food in Chinatown is also good, Yipinxuan!
