The location of the hotel was perfect the cleanliness was absolutely beautiful and super clean.
But unfortunately one of the worse experience from the staff members specially the night shift manager were one of the rudest person and disrespect I have ever seen in my life.
So unfortunately when you book a hotel for holiday, business or and vocation with friends doesn’t matter how good the location is how clean it is and how beautiful or luxury it is. But if the staff member is rude and disrespect then it ruin the whole things and I don’t think anyone would ever want to go there anymore.
So because of the I have to give 2 stars.

Luxury & stylish furnished. Room is spacious & comfortable. Staff are attentive but not over doing. Perfect location with walking distance to restaurants and shoppings. The only disappointment is their over-rated restaurant Garçon Bleu.

The room is new and elegant! Attention to detail! Timely service! The hotel provides toiletries, and they are all environmentally friendly. Most importantly, there are Chinese characters, which are very warm! The breakfast is good! The gym and swimming pool are both good. I didn't bring a swimsuit and didn't swim, but I can see the swimming pool when I exercise in the gym!
If I travel next time, I will choose Sofitel!
