Hotel is in very convenient location, everything is nearby, accessible. However, in terms of service and quality this place lacks even the minimum standards required for a hotel to operate.

This place is an absolute NO! It's the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. I only lasted an hour before I packed up and left. The rooms are something out of a horror show. The animal life in these rooms could possibly pick you.up.and carry you away. There are so many people off there heads and the homeless take residence up in there hallways. It cost me $150 and was the worst I have stayed at. I felt uncomfortable and scared being in this so called hotel. If you value your sanity and life DO NOT STAY HERE.

don’t book it unless it’s for a one night stand. location was right on the busiest street, loud music on weekends, cars revving all the time, people screaming day and night. entering the lift feels like a final destination movie, going to my room felt like a saw trap. pay $50 more for something better.

The bar downstairs is very noisy at night. The infrastructure is old, the display pictures are fraudulent, and pictures that are not related to the hotel are placed. The experience is very poor.

Do not believe the photos. The hotel operates on a run down building and the management is interested to make some quick bucks through deceit. In short, the scoundrels are unscrupulous. Normally you will find hotels like these in third world countries. I am surprised that none of the regulatory/supervisory authority of the SA Govt has flagged this property for unsafe lifts (they dont move unless the button is painfully pressed or banged!) and dirty rooms. There is no onsite parking. One has to shell out $25/day at a nearby Wilsons Parking. So calculate and decide if it is worth the trouble.

Great location and friendly staff, but it's way too dirty. I didn't even want to put my luggage on the floor and I avoided using the air conditioning because it's full of mold. Additionally, it's very loud at night.

Good location, but the place smell like cigarette and is old with dirty carpets and furnitures
