The front desk was very enthusiastic. He introduced us to the route and printed the Machu Picchu route map for free. He was very patient and provided good service.

Very friendly service that helped us directly with our bookings for Machu Picchu. This is located above a slope, so be sure to contact the hotel beforehand so that your luggage will be picked up directly from the train station. The luggage service back to the train station also worked perfectly.

The hotel can not be considered a 4* hotel. It's old, badly decorated, the bathroom is terrible.

Hotel staff are amazing. They do everything possible and more. It is one of the best hotels in the area. Clean food is okay, but the staff make you stay perfect to say Special thank you too.Mellissa and Dalnecio reception

To begin, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper. No problem, anyone can forget that detail. I went to take a shower, and the water pressure was literally a little stream of water. Needless to say, I was there for a while. The staff told me it was because I was on the 4th floor.
To make matters worse, one part of the shower was moldy. My room tiles were all scratched and broken. The bed skirt was full of dirt, and there was lint all over my bed.
I really hope no one else has to experience that. No one should be charged for a room like this

Great place to stay if you're visiting MP. Very friendly staff. Great buffet style breakfast but they could have provided some peruvian veggie dishes for vegetarians to experience the local culture.

Best thing about this hotel is Maria at the front desk. She’s amazingly informed and helpful on all things related to your trip to Machu Picchu. And while bed was pretty comfortable, the bathroom was in a bad state, mould on bath and shower. It was wiped clean- what it needs is a renovation. Also I heard thumping dance music and people laughing and talking through the night. Not ideal when u have a very early start hiking up the mountain.
