Nice, clean hotel

Fantastic hotel. Only issue was there is limited hot water, they only have boiler on at 4 am. Could not get a good temperature to shower with 😭😭 Staff are great, location is central Lots of places to eat 🍴🍿🍝 Very modern facilities Thank you for your services 🇮🇳

Very good hotel near to the railway station and Ahmedabad Airport if u r coming with Family Or business trip so this is best option to take And Also local sight seeing places is near tk the hotel love cleaning food and Everything Best Hotel in Ahmedabad

The food and service staff are the best! Second to none! Restaurant food is fresh and delicious. Comfortable and secure rooms, exceptionally clean and tidy. The hot water is not consistent, which is the only slight thing. Overall I loved staying there as it was very convenient to everything and would highly recommend (and stay again at) this hotel!

My stay with my family at Elysian Residency, Ahmedabad was truly memorable. The room was of high standard. The cleanliness was very well maintained. The sensor-operated illumination of the room complimented the interior decoration. The staff, especially Mr. Santosh, was extremely courteous and made our check-in and check-out processes hassle-free. The location of the hotel is an added advantage. The airport and railway station can be reached within 15-20 min. Really looking forward to plan my stay here again.

The hotel is located at a nice location. We checked in enroute to Pune from MountAbu. Parking is infront of the hotel. Our room was equipped with all necessary items but it was too small. No place actually to open your suitcases properly. To get hot water at late hours was a problem. You need to call beforehand. WiFi was working fine. We had dinner at room. It was tasty but muddy!!! The kitchen staff won’t customise anything for you. Breakfast buffet was too less and food wasn’t at all tasty and was muddy . Anything extra like dosa/uttapam is chargeable.

Travelled with my wife and stayed here for the india Pakistan World Cup match. The staff here was extremely unfriendly. After the match we came back extremely tired and called for an extra blanket and pillow. We were at first denied the same as they felt we have some extra person with us in the room. Can you believe We had to explain to them our sleeping equation that we use different blankets for them to buy the fact that we were not entertaining a third guest in the room. The tone of the denial was shocking. We have travelled the entire globe and stayed at some of the finest properties on the planet, therefore we expect basic hospitality from a hotel that calls its self a three star. Next , we were denied by room service something as basic as Ice cubes as they said it is “hotel policy”. They felt we were secretly drinking liquor in the room. Is this truly hospitality? Hotel policy is not to serve guests Ice which is frozen water basically. For the record, the ice required was for soft drinks. When they finally sent the ice, it was 4 cubes. Just amazing. Also, the hotel has a bizarre policy of not allowing food from outside. Absolutely won’t recommend even our domestic help to stay here. Stay away !!!!!

Rude staff and very claustrophobic rooms. Rooms are very small in size and bathrooms are too small. There is no view and staff is rude. They jeep showing off the hotel is full and keep charging premium from guests. Overall bad experience. Q Would not visit again.
