The location is excellent, right by the train station. However, the facilities are a bit dated. The area around the train station offers subway access and plenty of dining options, and there's even a good beef noodle restaurant right across from the hotel.

This was my first time in Qingcheng, and I was genuinely impressed by the service at the front desk. When I requested a sunny room, the staff immediately made the change and even moved me to a twin room. Such thoughtful service! The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and well-maintained. A small but appreciated detail was having power outlets on both sides of the bed, which was very convenient.

The room was generally decent. The air conditioning provided good cooling and heating. However, the shower glass door in room 8428 had a minor fault, as it could only open outwards. The location is very convenient, being very close to Hulunbuir Railway Station, and there are plenty of good eateries nearby.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is well-appointed, and the soundproofing is also great. It's conveniently located right next to the high-speed train station. Furthermore, during the summer holidays, its price increase was relatively modest compared to other hotels.

The cleanliness was subpar – dusty rooms and a clogged drain. Room service for extra items took ages. The front desk staff had an absolutely terrible attitude. I called beforehand to inquire about the subway station's distance from the hotel. A female receptionist curtly told me, 'Just use your navigation app; I'm not a local and don't even know where the subway station is.' I politely thanked her and ended the call. To my surprise, when I arrived at Hohhot Station the next day, the subway station was right outside! As a first-time tourist, I found the front desk incredibly unwelcoming, especially for a city that claims to be 'civilized.' Upon check-in, the receptionist processed my details while sitting down – how utterly unprofessional! When I informed them I wanted to extend my stay and needed my room card updated, the front desk shockingly told me they could only do it the next morning. What a laughable excuse for a hotel! I immediately checked out and switched to the Home Inn next door. The difference in front desk attitude between a chain hotel and this independent one was like night and day. Seriously, save yourselves the trouble – this is my firsthand account! All the positive reviews for this place must be fake. Don't waste your money; it deserves to go out of business!

Let's start with cleanliness. Given the hotel's low star rating, I probably shouldn't have had high expectations, but I was genuinely disgusted. When I went to use the toilet, I found dried yellow urine on the seat. I didn't think to take a picture at the moment; I just quickly disinfected and cleaned it myself. Because I didn't get a photo, I couldn't report it to the hotel, which was really frustrating. It's been so long since I stayed in such a low-tier hotel that I actually wondered if this was just a common issue for them. Second, the toothbrush provided was very low quality – I strongly advise bringing your own! Some bristles came off and got stuck in my throat; I nearly ended up in the hospital! Third, bottled water isn't available at the front desk; you have to request it for room delivery. This can be inconvenient if you need water first thing in the morning before heading out! I recommend asking for it to be delivered to your room the night before. (On the plus side, however, I must commend them for still being able to hand-deliver water to the room even close to midnight! 👍) Fourth, the hairdryer in the room was also quite weak. But again, perhaps that's just par for the course in a lower-tier hotel. Fifth, the water pressure at the sink was quite low, but the shower pressure was surprisingly good! Sixth, the room was pleasantly quiet, not noisy at all! Seventh, the location is very convenient for getting around.

Extremely satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Hohhot Station, making getting around very easy. The room felt spacious and was spotlessly clean. My only minor wish would be for a slightly larger bathroom. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The room was good. The street-facing windows were double-glazed, so even with heavy rain and thunderstorms, it was perfectly quiet. The hotel is right next to Hohhot Railway Station, making it very convenient for walk-in ticket changes or general travel. Shared e-bikes are available right outside, offering a sub-eight-minute ride to Xinhua Square for just 2.5 RMB. The Hohhot Railway Station metro stop is also right at the entrance, providing quick access to destinations like Hohhot East Railway Station, Inner Mongolia Museum, and General's Yamen, often with just one stop to Xinhua Square for a fast transfer. The location is simply superb. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room with dryers, complimentary detergent, and two sofas for waiting. Clothes can also be air-dried on racks provided. The only drawback is that the shower enclosure isn't properly sealed, causing water to leak out onto the floor around the toilet area, making it constantly wet. I observed this issue in all bathrooms on the floor; large bath towels were routinely placed in the hallway to soak up the water, which significantly detracted from the overall experience.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and picking up local specialties. Excellent value for money. The soundproofing was also quite good. I arrived early for check-in, and the front desk staff kindly helped me find an available room so I could check in ahead of schedule. Much appreciated! Too bad I forgot to take photos.

Room was very spacious and clean. It was well-equipped and also had a laundry room. The hotel is also well-located near the train station with buses nearby. 10/10 would recommend.

Housekeeping cleaned daily and even checked our preferences before cleaning, which was a thoughtful touch. **Ambiance:** The environment was wonderful, absolutely fantastic. **Dazhao Temple Ticket:** A significant bonus was the complimentary Dazhao Temple tickets, which saved us a lot of hassle. **Service:** The service was excellent. The staff were incredibly responsive, always available to fulfill our requests, and were super friendly.

Very conveniently located next to the Hohhot Railway station. Lots of eateries around there. The staff is also very friendly and polite. It was a great stay.
