An exceptionally well run family owned hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and excellent value for money, with plenty of private parking. We stayed for 5 nights and ate each evening from the Menu del Dia, which had some changes every day. Buffet breakfast was also a large number of choices of good quality ingredients in unlimited quantities. Very comfortable rooms with excellent facilities. A great centre for exploring Ainsa and the surroundings. A visit to the Birds of Prey Centre up in the old town is a must if you have any interest in wildlife. Also the Geographical Centre if you wish to understand more about the area and it's origins. We would love to return in the future.
