Do I need to review xenia, my 14th visit, and I keep coming back as I love everything Can't think of any other property in Ajmer than Xenia, the swimming pool, lush gardens, relaxing lobby, great rooms, awesome breakfast, good service by hotel & front office housekeeping

Pathetic services☹️ Me and my husband booked their suite to celebrate our 1 month anniversary, instead of hospitality they’ve asked us to pay 2000/- extra because we’re from Ajmer, extremely awful, we’ve already booked it a week ago, after all this drama we walked out, also the ***ager said we’ll not refund a penny if you didn’t pay that extra 2000 amount It really spoiled our most precious day. Zero star for hospitality and services.

property is right now not so actual as looking in pics posted by hotel. Services are not very good. Cleanliness is big issue. Food is good but in Lunch/Dinner buffet menu is very limited. Hotel is below than 3* category. They are saying that property under renovation but I am not sure. They dont provide extra bed even after added. They only provide mattress.

spaces room, nice roof top restaurant, food taste is also good . enjoyed on pool too... not so far from city so we can reach at any place within 10 minutes . staff is well behaved and supporting , breakfast is also have more options and good in taste ..

Beds and rooms are very comfortable and specious .breakfast was buffet and very delicious options were available. There is a large and beautiful garden for walking . everything was perfect in property.i highly appreciated and want to recommend everyone who want to travel ajmer and pushkar

The stay was comfortable and the food was awesome the service was relly awesome Mr Siddhant , Ms Sulata were great , they served us very well. It was a very wonderful experience here I recommend this place for stay and to chill out at the roof top resturant

Not happy with the service. I stayed there for 3 nights. And this was my 4th stay at Xenia. 1) Wi-Fi not working. 2) Water leakage in the Bathroom 3) They do not provide Plates and Cutleries for food not purchased from hotel restaurant 4) Needed a Knife to cut fruits but they did not provide ( I requested for 5 minutes, but no) When I checked in, the room was not set. No Hangers in the cupboard, had to call for it. No Toilet roll in the toilet, had to call No Normal Tissue papers in the room, bad to call I think, they are more focused on getting business out of Marriage and other functions as the place has a banquet and a law. Individual customers are no more taken care. ****On 2nd day, as I walked in I requested for some plates but the attended at the reception did not respond well. The answer was, " Make a call from your room and get it" Over all, not happy with the hospitality.

We committed the blunder of booking a room in this hotel. Right from the beginning, the staff left no stone unturned to harass and not help resolve our concerns. They even deleted one of my reviews on Google. I am sure that explains how unprofessional they are. If you are looking to book a hotel in Ajmer, would strongly recommend against booking a room here. The room condition was poor, dirt all over the wall and AC wasn't working. After running after the staff for 1 hour, they changed our room. At the check in, their first question to us was when will you check out rather than welcoming us to the hotel. It was the first time I experienced something like this. Further on, we called to ask as to what the breakfast timings are and they said 7-9. We called again as it seemed a little off that the breakfast timing is only a two hour slot. They then said that since there is a wedding function in the evening on that day, they’ve changed breakfast timings. I mean, what? You cause inconvenience to other customers because there is a function in the evening? Why take function bookings if you can’t handle the crowd? It doesn't end here. Few days after we checked out, I received a call from a lady from the hotel. Her words were 'Hello Ms. Wadhwa, Our GM would like to speak to you. I am transferring the call to him'. She had no courtesy to ask if it was a good time or if I was available. I had to tell her that I am occupied and asked her to call back in an hour. And as expected, they didn't bother. Would strongly recommend against booking a room here.
