Aura A Boutique Hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! it's extremely dirty and stinky. Bed sheets had terrible stains. My friends room has period blood stains on the sheets as well as mattress....yikessss. the rooms were stinking of cigarette. Towels were extremely dirty and stinky. Please find a better place to stay ... anywhere but here.

I stayed here for straight 15 Nights. It was a home for Me & entire staff made me feel the same. This Brand New Hotel have excellent room with top notch service. Their staff was complete Polite, humble & accepted & improved over every smallest suggestion as well. The Front Office Lady Ms. Divya Is the best employee which is completely able & trained to elevate for higher post as well. Her deep understanding about guest is brilliant. Gajender the person ever smiling in F&B always refreshed me & even today when I do regular banquet meetings. Their engineering team is at its best & the person Mr. Yashwant is like an all rounder person with his humbleness of behavior. Last but Key Personnel being the curtains & Show Stopper is Mr. Ashish Sarda who assured me the best service ***** side always stood with every change I requested & impressed me to add this hotel to our panel. And today I am glad to share that we have been booking this property not just for room but for all of our banqueting as well.

great ambiance roof top the light neon is very nice with sky .service is also excellent specially Chinese sizzler was amazing . staff is very humble . there some time no space but staff arrange for us .will come back again .thanks Mr. Ashish . thanks to all hospitality staff .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous. It was comfortable stay felt like home away from home. I want to give special thanks to Mr.Vikas@Front Desk, he was so courteous. We'll definitely come again n recommend to others.

I stayed in this property during my business event and now i would definitely recommend this to everyone for the best hospitality. Hotel AURA is a nice hotel, very nice hospitality, humble staff. Near to annasagar lake(approximately 500 m). Its a new property so no bad smell or mosquitos. Thanks Would like to come again when in Ajmer.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Very friendly staff. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place Excellent property . Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. It was a one night stay over there and i would definaltely recommend this hotel as it is beautiful and charming on both side. Mr hitesh was there to help me with all the check in process and was so courteous that he help us with the itineray of the ajmer and pushkar.. thank you Hitesh ji for wonderful experince.
