Average hotel with some positives and some Negatives Positives Excellent buffet, tasty and quality food available Beach access with good jetty Kids club available from 10.00am till 5pm (although this is limited compared to other hotels) Clean Spaces hotel with good size rooms Plenty of outdoor space Green Several pools (not heated and cold) Negatives Terrible ala carte’s not on par with buffet it feels a step down Overall quality is not high German and Russian speaking tourists, overall orientation of the hotel is towards this nationals Overall, it’s a hotel we won’t choose again but doable for a week or so. I’d say better hotels are on offer around this region

3rd time to Antalya and 2nd Delphin hotel stay as we stayed in Be Grande nearby last year. Room - 2 adults and 2 children were fine in the standard 'side sea view' room, which had great AC 🥵 and was cleaned daily and no problems. We faced the Imperial next door which meant we could hear their music until 11.30pm each night, but would be the same facing this hotels entertainment as the same time frames. Pool area - good size main pool with loads of beds with usual problems of towels down earlier than they should be for the best spots. Buffet - good overall selection and no real problems getting seated Beach, waterpark & Pier - was slightly disappointed there wasn't a bit to jump off on the end of the pier and didn't really use the beach. They should use the beach and pier more for music and events IMO. The waterpark is good and entertained the kids well Overall it's a great hotel and the staff were all great, but in terms of the size and it being smaller than the other hotels I would go back to Be Grande over this one

Dear Delphin diva, We are here now in room 1606!!! We are loving our holiday in diva! We have duplex room that is spacious, cleaned daily and mini fridge stocked up daily with larger, soft drinks and snacks! The pools are huge and there are always sunlougers available! Food is amazing and plentiful. Tonight we visited “Dolce Vita” Italian ala Carte restaurant. The food was out of this world and their 7 course menu was very comparable to high end restaurants in the uk! We highly recommend delphin diva!!!!

We were a group of 18 staying at the hotel. Firstly, I want to say a big thank you to ALL the lovely staff. They work so hard & still keep smiling. They are a credit to the hotel. We all instantly relaxed at this hotel. It had a real close family feel about it. The food was superb. We only went to the other restaurant once as we enjoyed it so much. The Gala night the food was phenomenal! The massage I can highly recommend as i had 3 in the week. Sadik looked after us most evenings extremely well. Rooms cleaned to high standard every day & new towels. We stayed in 1633 family room with upstairs, that was fabulous as we were not on top of each other. Mini bar was filled each day, drinks and snacks in both fridges. Kids loved the midday pool games and receiving medals. The staff especially man on microphone & Russian man with pony tail were so nice & always stopped to chat. ( apologies for forgetting names) We will most definitely return! All 18 of us thoroughly enjoyed!

We are here now and we have loved it here so much that we will be booking again to come back next year for our 25th wedding anniversary. We really can't fault anything here, the food and constantly flowing drinks are superb. The rooms are more than adequate for our needs, cleaned every day and mini bar topped up. This hotel is far superior to any we have been in before, but its main point is the staff. The staff here are second to none, always very polite and will do anything to cater for your needs. Thank you Delphin Diva Premiere for our best holiday ever. The wilsons room 1537. Can't wait to come back next year :-)

This was our 4th visit to the Delphin Diva as part of our 30th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Once again the Hotel excelled itself. From the minute we arrived and checked in we were once again made to feel part of the Delphin family. Our room was cleaned to a high spec and the cleaner went out of her way to make a special design on the bed on our anniversary and the bottle of wine and fruit made it special. We booked a special table for breakfast but due to a fault on guest relations part this was not done. But the resturant staff soon made a table up for us. We booked the Italian al a carte for that evening and thanks to Barbarous and the team we were given a lovely table decorated up and the food was fantastic. The hotel is spotless on all counts, the choice of food is exceptional. Plenty of choice every day. The staff goes out of their way to take care of you making you feel that you are part of their family. Yes us Brits are in the minority but they do speak English if they cannot help then they will find someone who can help. The bar staff especially Seamus cannot do enough keeping the drinks flowing and the nibbles filled up. The grounds are kept very clean and the snack bars are plentiful especially the Kebabs. Beach area clean and well kept .We cannot fault this Hotel and would not keep returning if we were not happy with the service. The staff are a credit to the Hotel group and we cannot wait until our next return next year. Thanks to all for a wonderful and memorable holiday

Hi there basically we are going as a big family and we chose this hotel and our other half of the family chose another one but we are wanting to meet up with them etc does anyone no if are family members would be aloud in to this hotel ?

Myself and my wife have visited this hotel twice before several years ago and it was one of the best hotels we had stayed in at the time or since. This prompted us to book a weeks holiday in this hotel, despite it being very expensive, with great expectations. What the weeks holiday actually taught us was that nothing stays the same. First the room. We paid extra for a side sea view, which we got, but also overlooking the hotel next door and all the associated noise from that hotel until 11.30 at night. The room itself was clean and reasonably decorated but the bathroom really needed completely refurbishing (damaged shower tray, poor quality of decoration and old shower, taps etc.) Next the main restaurant. All the food that we tried was only luke warm and no matter what time you went in it seemed to have been stood around for hours. We even found the same soup being served at breakfast from the previous night's dinner service. The overall quality of food was very poor compared to our last visits, and there is some very obvious cost cutting taking place. We tried four of the a al carte restaurants which were in the main adequate but again very obvious cost cutting on the quality of food. The pool/entertainment. This was more like an 18/30 holiday. Thumping manufactured, so called music even when there were game of pool volley ball of water polo taking place. Totally unacceptable and unavoidable. After the first day we tried the adults only Relax Pool only to have the same racket blaring out from another hotels entertainment team immediately at the side of the pool area. Definitely not relaxing. The arena entertainment was very good but it is very clear that this hotel is now geared to a younger clientele. Very disappointed especially considering that this used to be a hotel with the highest quality of food and a totally relaxing atmosphere.
