من دخولك لباب المنتجع الرئيسي ستلاحظ عدم وجود أعمال صيانة، النباتات في المدخل بحاجة الى تقليم وترتيب، باب الفيلا اللي جلست فيها لا يغلق الا بالقفل (مكسور ولم يتم صيانته)، التلفزيون في الصالة لا يعمل، الاثاث قديم وبحاجة الى تجديد، البانيو في الحمام الرئيسي لا يمكن استخدامه بسبب عدم وجود غطاء صرف المياه، المسبح الرئيسي في الفندق صغير جدا، لا توجد ألعاب مناسبة للأطفال لذلك فأرى أن الفندق غير مهيئ العائلات، لا يوجد سبا في الفندق، واكل مطعم الفندق كأنه كافتيريا. إدارة الفندق بحاجة الى مراجعة احتياجات الفندق والعمل على توفيرها ومن ثم عمل خطة تسويقية جيدة في ضوء قلة الفنادق في مدينة العين
