Me and my husband stayed for 1 night at the Ritz Al Hamra Beach for my birthday celebration and baby moon. I can say it was one of the best staycation ever. Service was excellent starting from the reception team, both the ladies were helpful and friendly (sorry we forgot the names 😅). The restaurant team, Clark, Deepu, Arun, and Tun, very friendly and accommodating. They also surprised me with a birthday cake in the room and some sweets. Special mention also to Sofian and Ayo for assisting us with the buggy. Thanks everyone for the lovely stay 😊😊

From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance.During my visit, I had the pleasure of sampling several dishes, each of which exceeded my expectations. Equally impressive was the impeccable service provided by the staff at Shorehouse Restaurant. Arun and the team went above and beyond to make our day fantastic. Food was fresh, delicious and reasonable priced My daughter and I had a fantastic day plus the little boat trip over to the Ritz made it extra special Would highly recommend if looking for some peace & quiet in a beach day pass the staff are very professional and polite and made us feel very welcome to the hotel on a day pass package . we will return very soon Thank you Arun and the team

Perfect place for relaxation! They thought about every detail so everything will be easy , 3 min boat ride to hotel where friendly team waiting for you to make your best stay.. Thanks to Arun and others from the team who helped us to feel like we are at home, me and my friends had amaizing experience.There is options to be active ( there is equipment at the beach, kayak, surf, yoga mattresses , tennis) or totally inactive , it’s up to you. For me this place is gem. Highly recommended !

I am a weekly customer for a 90’ massage. Due to the fact that I had a bad scam call yesterday, I had to close all my bank accounts as well as cancel all my cards. Instead of cancelling my appointment 90’ massage last minute Wednesday at 4:00 pm, I went and explained what happened to me. I told them I would pay as soon as my credit card arrives with Aramex or as soon as my bank accounts will be accessible again after 24 hours. Today only harassment about when I am going to pay. Being a weekly customer I would think they have comprehension for my situation but they treat me as a client who does not want to pay and run away. Inshallah my credit card might arrive by Aramex tomorrow. I will pay 20% extra for my massage (hope makes them happy) and they will never ever see me again. I wish good luck to Joyce receptionist SPA and Dian Indonesian therapist THE BEST EVER good luck and happiness in their lives. They are extremely nice and professional ladies - the management and cashier are working like robots and do not know how to make the difference between loyal customers and people passing by for one night…

One of the best getaways in UAE, clean, lots of space, bar is great, Arun and team are always on top of the service. boat trip is a great touch (as its not long and still counts as an experience). Pool and beach are clean, relaxing and refreshing. Sunset is memorable. Cant wait to visit again.

This is my first time to visit ritz carlton al hamra and i would say the place is so relaxing. The staff are accommodating. Arun is in the bar that time and he is very knowledgeable and he knows how to set the vibe with us. Its a day pass only but i really enjoy my stay in ritz carlyon al hamra. Hope to see you guys again. Keep up the good works!
