Kleopatra Ada Beach Hotel

I booked this hotel never liked it cancelled my stay, Fatih on reception was amazing so helpful, the location is brilliant

Very good location.

Was here with my family! We had "all-inclusive".. but you gotta pay extra for just about anything important.. like a safe.. the beach bed is also extra.. which even non-all-inclusive hotels has free... WiFi is extra if you want internet in your room! If not, you gotta sit in a very dank lobby where you have tons of guests all the time.. because of the expensive wifi costs. Now, the beds are absolutely hell'ish.. we've never felt worse after a hotel stay.. you can feel how cheap the mattress is.. during your sleep, you get to feel the death sting of 15 springs rubbing up against your bones.. resulting in the worst sleep you can imagine... The buffet was okay a few days, but most of the time, its just very boring food.. like spaghetti and sausages, some loaf and a few salad types. I'm pretty sure they re-use old food too, because several times, the food has been very cold! Altho it's supposed to be warm food.. it tasted and felt like it's been living in the refrigerator for 2 days. The hotel room was semi clean, we had old poop stuck under our toilet seat, and the shower was full of dirt and shoe prints.. The hotell staff seems sour, like they ain't enjoying their life at all.. most of them never engage with guests at all, and don't speak English. I had to use Google translate to tell them about issues in my room.. and they had a hard time understanding that too.. if they even tried.. I would never come back here, nor would I ever recommend anyone to come here.. do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.. this hotel is not worth it! It's way too expensive for what you get .. Only reason I give it 2* instead of 0 is that you get "free" AC STAY AWAY

Not recommend this hotel! I couldn’t believe that I’m in Turkey. Most of the staff rude and helpless, zero facilities. The food terrible, they will give you the same chicken for 3 days in a row, I had food poisoning! I’ve been in Turkey many times before and this was the worst experience of my life. This hotel didn’t deserve more than 2 stars, so disappointed!

Arrived here on the 18th September at 3am was told we had to pay a extra 13 euros each to have wifi in the rooms. Aircon wasn’t cleaned properly went off and got someone to come up to the room he took it apart and started cleaning it in the shower dust everywhere, beds wernt changed at all the whole time we were there just our towels. Was throwing up on day two the food I wouldn’t even feed to anyone it was disgusting, warmed up food from the night before till it was gone and used up (night before chips for breakfast) didn’t even clean the trays properly that the food was kept in. Went all inclusive and wasn’t even a proper bar had to eat and drink out every night due to the food not even being edible, the staff on the repetition were asking me ( a 24 year old women) to go on a beach walk with him . The pool don’t even get cleaned never seen it cleaned once the whole 7 days we were there, we went to beach over the road everyday which is so much better. Don’t even get sun round the pool after 1/2pm due to it being to crowded in the area with hotels. Asked for a sea view ( as payed for on a our booking as additional ) and got a tiny segment of a sea view whilst people who actually paid for it got one. Absolute shambles and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone. The area was lovely Antalya itself and if I ever went back I would stay further into the centre rather than Kleopatra beach.

This hotel isn’t a one star never mind 4, it doesn’t have an all inclusive selection atall it has 4 alcoholic beverages with lemonade Fanta and coke it reheats the food for breakfast dinner and lunch until it’s finished then you might be lucky for something new for the next three days! The staff speak to you like rubbish the rooms are ransid the pool has never seen a cleaner it’s the local strays bath and drink. If you want infections to be spoken to like rubbish have ransid rooms and run arounds in the ceilings 🐀 eat the same funky food and have no diet requirements this is for you! Absolute shambles of a hotel and every last person that had wasted the money being there had the same perspective. AVOID

The hotel has big rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately that's all positives I can say about the hotel. It will great to do deep cleaning especially in the shower area. It is not cleaner fault, I believe they don't have enough time and good cleaning product to remove the mould from the tiles. Customer service in the reception and restaurant - terrible. Those people making big excuse to serve customers. I felt a bit discriminate in some moments. All of them rude and not happy to help. Food - very poor selection. White cheese was spoiled. Drinks machine - broken. The AC was very loud and directed straight on the bed - so I ended up with sinus pain. One night british couple were fighting outside and inside the hotel until 2am and no action was taken. Guests stepped out from the rooms and asked them to be quiet, receptionist was probably sleeping. I wouldn't. recommend this hotel to anybody, even for short break.. waste of money... I ended up eating outside and paid for all inclusive... This hotel really need better management who will guide the staff how to treat guests who are paying a lots of money so they can pay their bills....

Stay away from here . We been here just over 24 hours and we are trying to get’s flights home . Nothing is all included NOTHING . Food if I want to call it that is nasty would not even feed it to a rat . You have to pay for Wi-Fi. To be honest the only thing good about this place that everyone agrees is shocking
