Club Mahindra Arookutty

Overall a nice resort with good service. The food at the restaurant was good and the service was prompt. The food was nice. Nalin was good at his work too. The resort has nice views. The rooms were clean. The staff also helped us to change the room as per our choice.

Had a very nice stay in Club mahindra Arookutty and specially food variety and response of staff members of “Ripples”(Restaurant) is very nice. Ambience near to the Resort is very beautiful . Lake view and indoor game zone makes you refresh and worth of visiting.

Stay was very good. Rooms are very clean and neat. Property is well maintained (swimming pool). Food is good and fish related stuff are really nice . Staff were very friendly and caring especially Nalin’s approach is much appreciated. Boating charges can be reduced to attract more crowds.

Just came for a small break. Food was good. Stay also quiet comfortable. Seem been working days the crowd was less. Nalin in the restaurant was wearing a smile and helpful.

Nice property with good food and service. Rooms are very good, lots of variety in food and delicious as well. Stuff are very Co operative and ready to help. Special thanks to Nalini for being a good host and taking care of our needs. Over all satisfactory experience.

It's our first time in Arookutty. We had a very nice stay there , the room is clean and the house keeping dose a very nice job when ever we call they answer & do things fast. The reception staff dose a good work and guided to Happy hub and spa . We had a very good food in Restaurant as Mr. Nalini explained on the package of food and he took good care in food and the other staff in restaurant are very good . Overall we had good stay .

This is our first time to Arookutty. A family trip . We had very nice sray, the staffs there are very nice and the room service is good. The Restaurant the staffs are very nice Mr. Nalini took a good care of us in food and all, all the staff there are fast working, they always greeted with smile. The play zone for small kids are less for age 3 to 5. That's was little upset for small kids. In swimming pool they didn't provide with swim hip ring for small kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed.

Excellent services Whenever we ask for something they bring it immediately and with a smile on their faces Specially thanks to Nalin for making our vacation with enjoy fully. Akhil & Rajib also very kind & good person. We thoroughly enjoy our holiday location also very nise relaxable place.

The service, food and rooms were good.Room was neat and clean.Staff services were very appreciable at the restaurant.Compared to other properties of club mahindra this property is small.Enjoyed our three day stay very much.overall very good experience.There was some difficulty in finding the location .
