The breakfast is very general, it is said that there are two beds in one room, one large and one small. Only when they arrive, they know that it is divided into two rooms. The inside is close to the elevator. There is no air-conditioning. Disappointed. Hotel breakfast is not recommended. The details are not well done. Both are for two.

做為商家沒有信譽，因為疫情遊客稀少不能提供早餐，但是在訂單上依然説有早餐。發生問題沒有擔當讓顧客承受損失。電視發生故障沒有專業人員解決。服務管理責任嚴重缺失非常不專業。

史上最差最沒誠信的騙子酒店，就是家黑店！退房時前台聲稱按金已操作退還，幾分鐘即可到賬，因着急趕路，未等按金到賬就離開了酒店，結果按金一直未到賬，之後找攜程客服介入後，酒店還聲稱已經退還，幸虧我體鐵證如山（微信收付明細，入住訂單，第一次打電話詢問酒店前台承認未辦退按金的通話錄音），將一系列證據提交攜程客服後，對方終於再一次承認未退給我，但還要內部對賬，於是，本應1號早上8點半退還的按金，直到現在3號晚上8點15分了，還沒有給退回。提醒所有想入住該酒店的客人，一定要小心提防，一定要等着按金退還到賬後再離開！
