A good hotel for stag do’s but be prepared to have 250 euros cash per room. Otherwise it does the job for this kind of weekend.

It was the first time at this hotel, we arrived to check in and there was only one employee at reception, we waited about 15 minutes until we could check in, the room as it said in the reservation had a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, we had 2 beds of singles, bathroom was full of ants, breakfast was very poor... View from the room was the only good thing about this stay, as we haven't been back, thank you and the rest of the year 🌟

Everything was very clean, the location was close to the lively area and the furniture was in good condition. The only drawback I would have is that at certain times of the day the lift stopped working and, as it was located on the liveliest avenue, it seemed like the music from the bars was playing in your own room.

Beautiful hotel located close to amenities, nice layout, nice welcome.

Very poor hotel for the price it was. Uncomfortable bed, shower has almost no pressure, few sunbeds for the number of people the hotel has capacity, very grumpy staff. I had some friends who left some belongings in my room and the gentleman who was there in the morning was not letting them in to go get their belongings, then he let one of them go upstairs and after 5 minutes he went up to the room and ENTER saying he has to go down. I left an important belonging at the hotel and they were not able to go and check if they found it at the place where I mentioned it on the phone.

The Hotel apart from being next to one of the noisiest streets in all of Albufeira and influx of teenagers from all countries with a desire for alcohol, the facilities seem to have stopped being maintained years ago and others are not even in service (dirty pool , outdoor pool area with rusty furniture and broken umbrellas) AC...better a fan. Low water pressure...if you are a woman and want to wash your hair, better fill bottles. Breakfast buffet is not bad and some of the waiters were friendly, the blonde receptionist will not fix anything for you, the first room was a mess and terrace with ONE broken plastic chair, I complain and their response was "that's it or cancel ". However, a young man did us the favor several hours later and, after some complaints, moved us to another room. I wouldn't book again.

Upon arrival at the hotel a group of Brits argued at the reception for a rate increase we waited half an hour to check in. We were given a dirty room overlooking the main road the hub of Abufeira nightlife we were unable to sleep since noise at my request to change room I was told that I would have to wait for the next morning and that in any case I had booked a room with city view (it wasn't true) at that point for desperation we put 2 blankets on the floor and we . I sleep (so to speak) in the bathroom the only place less exposed to the noises of the nightlife. In the morning after having changed our room after paying an ectra of 30 euros. Bad experience.

All very well, the best thing is the location where it is located, it is located in the best place in Albufeira in the whole center around nightclubs, bars, a luxury, the area after breakfast very well, chocolate cakes, fruit, squeezed juice, bacon, the super mattress comfortable has air conditioning the room flat screen and balcony with views of all the mello of the party with soundproof glass a luxury I will return 😃😃

Ideal location if you want to party! Because the hotel is located in the tourist center. If you want to rest this is not the right place! Varied and delicious breakfast. However, we were full on the first day of the blocked shower and the missing wifi and we never had any feedback despite our insistence!!

They made us enter an hour and a half later than the scheduled time. Dirty room, no towels, we had to go downstairs to ask for them at reception, TV did not work, the antenna connection was broken, dirt in common areas, low quality buffet, I do not recommend this hotel nor will we return.

Adequate place to party a little more.

Some staff helpful but George the manager was incredibly rude. Cold breakfast even though usually went within 15 minutes of start of breakfast serving. Mould in room. Dilapidated furniture. No kettles for hot drink and refused to give hot water when we asked. Very noisy and no attempt to dampen the noise.

Just returned from a 2 week stay, we have been before so know what to expect and always book a pool view. The hotel was clean and staff helpful. The breakfast is a great selection and has something for everyone. It’s right on the ***** but that also means everything is at your feet, shirt taxi ride to the old town and a short walk to oura beach. Can’t wait to return next April

Hotel very clean breakfast was great only downside our room was facing the ***** we knew about the music before hand but did no realise just how loud and into early hours of morning apart from that would go again but have room poolside very central for old town and marnia also if taxi is required use uber taxi price is given up front before booking as other taxis are on meter
