A great comfortable stay and a massive shout out to Manuel who was very accommodating and did everything he could to make us feel welcome. All in all was a relaxing stay and would highly recommend this to anyone who is after an affordable stay away.

I booked this trip last minute and based my booking on already the great reviews. Being a solo traveller it was really important that I found somewhere I felt safe and comfortable and could accommodate everything I needed. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Amazing location and views. Lots of accessible shops and bars and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and the staff could not do enough for you. The pool bar service was slow waiting 40 mins for a cocktail but overall everything was amazing. Just a short 2 night stay for me and even after the first night I was already looking to extend my time here. I was room only so did not eat here but the food did look lovely. Highly recommended.

After reading the reviews on other solo travelers having a good experience at this hotel I decided to book and I’m so glad that I did. It’s a new hotel so everything has a clean modern fresh feel to it and it offers everything you could ask for. The hotel interior and pool areas are stunning and it felt more like a 5 star. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was even a pillow menu with 4 different pillow types you could request from reception and a smart tv with free Netflix and YouTube. The open plan bathroom and toilet didn’t bother me as a solo traveler but perhaps if it was with a friend or new relationship I maybe wouldn’t feel super comfortable with it. When the toilet door was closed which acts as both shower and toilet door depending on position it felt like a posh porter cabin but again not an issue for me personally. The balcony was lovely and if you’re able to request Block B, I was in room (531) you get a lovely side view of the lake. I didn’t eat food here so can’t comment but the cocktails for €7 each were reasonable. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely return !

I want to thank Mary and the other lady receptionist for everything. My stay has been lovely with THB Bamboo and the staff will always try to help you. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room I stayed in 545 is nice with a side view of the pool area. This is one of the quieter rooms on the complex which I appreciated massively. The views of the lake are stunning and the pool area is very relaxing. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the food looks great in the restaurant and by the pool. The cocktails are lovely and served with a smile. Thank you Bamboo for making my solo holiday a special one. Also thank you to the manager for being so kind and letting me stay with the room until my transfer arrived in the evening. You are very nice people. I needed to relax and I have done just that. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Great for solo travelers.

On arrival at 2.30am…I was just given a room key and told directions to the room. I had to ask someone please take me to the room as the resort was in darkness and I was alone. Having about 3 hours sleep..then the chair scraping begins. For an adults only hotel, every person is up scraping chairs and shouting from 6.30am onwards right through till 10.30am when breakfast finishes. The hotel restaurant is on the first floor so if you are in that building you will get no peace at all in the morning. You can hear as soon as people wake up…their steps to the bathroom, them dropping things on the floor. You can even hear the beeping from vehicles reversing up and down the street! Literally zero sound proofing at all. They moved me to a different room, facing the road and lake. Awful. Someone is banging what sounds like a drum every 2 seconds, I’m assuming to guide the boat rowers across the lake or call them back to shore, who knows. There is a group of 30 cyclists shouting right under the balcony who are staying I believe over the road but may as well be inside my hotel room. The breakfast was awful. The guy that makes omelettes poured 1ltr of oil on the eggs so they wouldn’t even cook! The balcony on the room you can not even stretch your legs out, you have to sit sideways so you can’t even relax out there. I’m very upset as I am on my own and feel like I am stuck here. At this point I would rather be at home. The whole street is full of cheap food and cheap gifts and fake clothes. The hotel is absolutely silent inside and out so every single noise is echoed throughout the whole complex. Far from the peaceful relaxing break I paid for. It’s going to be a long 5 days :( Even now as I write this…someone is shouting in the corridor.

I booked this hotel based on its reviews, photos , price and location not too far from airport (40 mins). I was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area gorgeous and lake view was nice. Rooms and cleanliness were excellent. I didn’t expect to love Alcudia , I think there are nicer places in Majorca but as a base this hotel was fantastic.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful, they are extremely generous with their time to ensure you are happy. Every member of staff we encountered greeted us with a smile. The hotel is ideally located in proximity to the beach and restaurants. The 2 pools are beautiful with plenty sunbeds. The spa facilities are beside the pool with a gym. However the experience is ruined a little as you can hear people working out as you have a massage etc. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony however the frosted glass around the shower and toilet are not ideal as you have little privacy and water leaks from the shower onto the floor outside the shower as the door does not seal. The balcony could do with a rail of some description to dry off swimsuits etc. Overall we had a fantastic experience, the hotel is very clean, bright and inviting. The bonus with it being adult only made it a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

We just booked this for a weekend break. The rooms are very modern. Safe is free and had to pay hotel tax but wasnt much. Have pool towels in your room. So didn't need to take ours. Pool areas are beautiful. Overlooking a massive lake. Just pure bliss laying on a sun lounger with a cocktail which are 7 euros. Beach is just down the road. Turquoise sea and white sands. Thought I was in Barbados. Will definitely be going back to thus hotel for a week. Didnt eat in hotel as lots of restaurants near by Thank you bamboo hotel x
