The stay was great. Harjot, at the front desk, was always very polite, friendly and accommodating during our stay. Always a great smile coming from this young lady. The hotel had easy access to our room and was quiet. The food was very good. Marlene in the dining area kept everything very clean and organized. She was very friendly, polite and cheerful. Loved her personality. Than you for a very pleasant stay Best Western.

Went Super Bowl party few blocks away from this hotel, it’s perfect location for me to crash instead of driving back home late . Nice and quiet . My favourite about this … wonderful breakfast !

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is convenient, and there is White Spot attached which was great. Beds are comfy and the room we stayed in had new flooring, no carpet. The room could have been cleaner, something was spilt under the night table and was sticky, walls need a good cleaning. We love that the hotel is pet friendly however, our room was the last on the 1st floor closest to the road, (264 st is very busy and it was loud) so it made for some interrupted sleep. All in all the stay was ok, if we had a room away from the road it would have been much better.

It said free breakfast on website, but the hotel needs to charge my older son breakfast. The hotel said only free breakfast for two adults and kids under 10. We never knew about this condition.
It also said kitchenette on the booking website, but there was only microwaves there. Plus, wifi is not working for a certain cell phone. Even, for iPhone, we needed to call for extra wifi password. This was the worst hotel we stayed during our whole trip.

I would not recommend this property for stay to anyone at all. Ed the manager at this location is extremely rude.

The check in was fast. The room smelled strange like some heavy fragrances were used to clean or mask the odours. Had to open the windows and air it out. Very noisy bus load of young hockey players thumping down the hall, loud, slamming doors. Breakfast was not bad. Building starting to show signs of age. Not a bargain price. Hot tub was pleasant but not hot.

A good place to stay. Good breakfast options. Friendly, helpful staff. Only disappointment eas the hot tub not working properly- it was pretty much the same as the pool temp. Would have liked it at least a few degrees warmer.
