The room facilities are relatively simple, at the level of a fast hotel. But the location is better.

The hotel facilities are old, the carpet is dirty, the breakfast in the restaurant is a mess, and the barista sneezes on the customer's coffee, I lost my appetite at all! Front desk service is OK

Nice apartment with good view. BIG complex. Media/tv/movies/wifi disappointed. Plenty of stairs if you don't like them.

The facilities are good in the resort but the resort needs to be upgraded and renovated. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The balcony was dirty with cobwebs all over. The doors and some furniture in the bedrooms were peeling off. Outdated resort and is not the luxury apartment as advertised. Not worth the price you pay for the stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with all questions. I have stayed here a few times and will return again. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and sitting outside with the view of the water made it even better

We checked in late at night and we're lucky to be checked in by the lovely Emily from the restaurant. Our room was clean and had a nice balcony for us to watch the sunrise. Buffet breakfast was great and the indoor/outdoor pool was awesome.

Lovely quiet location with great water views. Wildlife near by was a pleasure to watch and relax. Beautiful well kept gardens and spacious apartments.
