The apartment is amazingly situated in Almeria city centre. Really convenient for everything. Fixtures and fittings are great quality. Really big bed - nice and comfortable. Our apartment was on the 1st floor so had two sets of doors. Friday and Saturday are busy nights in the city, but these doors did nothing to block out the noise. For the location, they really need to be triple glazed to ensure residents can try and get some sleep away from revellers, the street sweeper and the lottery man on the street below. The terrace upstairs has a separate lift for residents, but gets really busy so patience is needed to get a drink. The parking was easy to arrange and very reasonably priced so do book it. Just need sharp eyes to see the sign for pull in. Probably wouldn't stay on our next trip to Almeria as really do need some sleep.

We arrived after a long day of sightseeing in the province of Almería, wanting to rest, we went up to the terrace at 7:40 p.m. with the intention of having dinner, but they told us that the kitchen did not open until 8:30 p.m., so we had pessimism, drinks and We decided to wait. At 8:28 p.m. we asked the waiter if we could order because we were in a bit of a hurry and he told us that there were two minutes left (he doesn't say that for the time they are very English). Suddenly the waiter disappeared, and at 8:45 p.m., the owners paid for our drink and we told him that we didn't think what he had done was right, he told us that he couldn't do more. We will certainly not return, we found it unprofessional, a very nice pleasant place with fabulous views, but nothing more. I certainly wouldn't recommend it either.

The apartment is modern and comfortable, well located in the center of Almeria, it benefits from private parking 5 minutes away, at an additional cost. As for number 11 that we occupied, it is a corridor: 20 meters long by 2.50 m wide. It is very dark, electric light required during the day. The bathroom is non-existent: a sink in the toilet, a tiny shower with a glass door in the bedroom, no privacy if there are four of you. No storage, a 40cm rod with 5 hangers and 3 tiny drawers, paltry for 4 people. The safe does not work due to lack of batteries. You have to be 2.50 m tall to reach the curtain closing system! Pleasant swimming pool on the roof but the bar does not work and the armchairs are covered with covers, therefore not usable. Very disturbing, a sort of air freshener that makes you cough is sent at regular intervals through the living room air vent. The apartment's bell button is poorly placed, people ring it thinking it's the light button, disturbing. Finally, the reception is entirely "robotic": a machine at the entrance to scan passports, pay, obtain the keys.... This apartment is not worth the price.

Not a detail was missing, everything was very clean and the decoration was 10. The pool was small but perfect for a laze in the center of Almería. The fair caught us and we were super close to the fair during the day. We had never done online checking at the ATM but it was quite intuitive. Highly recommended

I was with my family having a few drinks for Mother's Day on the terrace, we were served by two super friendly and friendly waiters, Jero and Josete! The views are very beautiful, it is very comfortable and the service is very good! Very good place to spend an afternoon/night drinking with family or friends

Whenever I can, I like to go to this terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views and where you can have a drink in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I like to take friends from outside or who have never been there so they can enjoy the colors of the sunset over the Alcazaba and the variety of terraces and buildings in the old town of Almería. In the opposite orientation, you can also see the details of the Butterfly House, an emblematic building of the city. I highlight the variety of cocktails and I especially recommend the combinations they propose for juices and smoothies, which the wait staff prepare with so much care. Specifically, I highlight the work of Cindy, who does not hesitate to advise you in the face of the extensive letter and is always attentive to anything you may need, taking care of the smallest detail. Don't forget that you are going to a terrace, if you decide to go at a difficult time of sun, bring sunscreen or a cap/hat so that you can enjoy the experience if the places that are available have a lot of sun. There are several rooms on the terrace that will make you enjoy the place in a different way each time or make some corners your favorite place.

I was there on Sunday and the views were very good but the waiter left a lot to be desired... he was very rude and the coffee with cold milk that I asked for did not arrive, the milk was hot and in the middle of June at 27 degrees, a shame really.

Vistas Espectaculares de Almería. Lugar Muy Romántico, Especial y Agradable. Buen Servicio y espacios generosos. Un autobús en pleno centro del ático para el servicio de bebidas. Piscina muy especial con vistas a la Puerta de Purchena y Paseo de Almería

El apartamento es grande. Tenía hasta una habitación para la lavadora. Estábamos en el de 1 habitación. La zona está llena de bares,incluida la calle a la que daba el apartamento, era un segundo piso y con las ventanas cerradas no se oía nada el jaleo. Muy buena zona, con bares de copas, restaurantes, hay un kiosko a la vuelta de la esquina donde se cena muy barato. Muy cerca de la catedral y la alcazaba a unos 10 min. andando. El parking creo q pone 200m. pero prácticamente es cruzar una calle. El checking es muy sencillo. A nosotros en cuanto nos pusimos delante de la máquina nos atendió un chico por un altavoz y muy rápido. Para repetir.

No puede ser más bonito el sitio, apartamento de lujo a.un.precio excelente. Repetiremos sin duda. Terraza de ensueño y ubicación inmejorable con vistas a la Alcazaba y cócteles fantásticos. Los camareros muy amables. El mejor apartahotel de Almeria
