It is really a very beautiful😍 property.. The food and services are very great, And hospitality was top notch. Miss Jaya from F&B service was very good and humble.. She Serve as really well and so kind to Us.. We will visit here Soon. As it gives us so many good memories😇

Review for ITC Welcome, Jim Corbett (Stayed: 10-13 October 2024) We recently had a wonderful stay at ITC Welcome in Jim Corbett from 10th to 13th October 2024 (Adding review while enjoying the last day so that I don't miss appreciating the special efforts putin by the hotel staff). The experience was truly enjoyable, with a smooth check-in process and a room offering a stunning view of the mountains—a perfect setting for a serene getaway. The hospitality at the hotel stood out. Special mention to Hemant from the restaurant team, who made our dining experience delightful with his warm smile and attention to even the smallest details. The food was decent, though there is some room for improvement in the dessert section. However, the overall dining experience was pleasant, thanks to the attentive staff. Neeraj from the activity department also did a fantastic job by organizing fun activities. The property itself is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, and the rest of the staff were equally courteous and professional. Some names Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would recommend it for a relaxing and scenic retreat in Jim Corbett.

Poorest Service by the restaurant staff they are not even bothered if you book a room for 20,000 a night they don’t even bother. An utpam ordered at 9:35 am was not served till 10:10 am same was the case with tea they simply didn’t bother. The restaurant manager seeing that we were irritated did not even bother to come up. Same was the case with dinner the staff seemed uninterested. The rooms are good tastefully done.

Property is very good and staff is very courteous. You have multiple activities and swimming pool to have good time pass with family Food is also great and all people are very generous and polite in services. Special thanks to Mr Prakash and Himanshu, who served us very well

The temple trek by instructor Himanshu was very good. Trek was light in nature, not overly difficult. You get a great view at the end of the trek. Water and stick is provided. Himanshu was a good instructor, knowledgeable and courteous. Kaya Kalp spa at hotel was very good. The Kaya Kalp massage is highly effective. Minni did a great job of relaxing my muscles using new techniques, while making me comfortable in ensuing all needs are met. Diwas, Prakash, Anil and the manager at the welcomcafe - special mention to them.

ITC JM is must visit place. It is surrounded by mountains and river. We arrived here early morning and were welcomed with traditional caps :) Restaurant- The food served was fresh and tasty. Do try their Kumaon thali if you are one of those who like to try local cuisines. The restaurant staff was prompt and courteous. Special thanks to Mr Vishal, Mr. Gaurav, Ms Jaya and Mr Chandra for making extra efforts to ensure our dining experience was amazing. We tried activities they offered at the property like temple trek, bird watching and stone/pot painting. Mr. Virender and Mr Neeraj are polite and humble. You must try these activities if we vising with children. May be a small area of improvement can be the housekeeping of washrooms. Else very nice property, well maintained, amazing scenic beauty, and very professional staff. We will definitely visit again!

Away from the crowds , over looking the kosi river down below , surrounded by mountains on all sides it’s a beautiful location to be with nature and enjoy a blissful holiday, the facilities and food beyond compare and very warm and attentive staff with a personal touch

Itc JM is must visit place. It's scenic.i did morning trek with Neeraj to top of mohnyain near by. It's scenic and fulfilling. I did some kids activity with Virendra at kids play area. Spa and sauna facilities were nice. Food was nice. Staff is very courteous. Going to and fro from this place little tricky if you are not traveling by car.
