Venosa Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Visited 18th May 2024 for 1 week with my husband and 3 young grand daughters. Had a family room which was 3 single beds in main room and separate room with double bed. Excellent room but only 1 small wardrobe with 8 hangers for 5 of us and no drawers so lives out of suit cases. Water park and kids club great. We are vegetarian and lived on margarita pizza and chips as don't cater for veggies at all. Food luke warm. Lack of staff and long queues at lobby bar with 1 member of staff on. Ran out of pizza at 1.30pm at snack bar despite only opening at 12.30. Wouldn't like to have visited this hotel without children as evening entertainment poor with kids disco for 30 minutes at 9pm and then adult shows till 10pm. Only 4 lifts for the whole hotel and regularly had to wait for a lift. Nowhere to walk to and had to get taxis into the town. Round the pool not clean and same stains on the floor and tables all week. Definitely not a 5 star hotel and food would just about get a 3 star. However, if you are looking for a holiday with children, then they will have a great time as animation team amazing with the children. Would not return due to long 2 hour transfer, despite the rep telling us on arrival at the airport that it was an hour transfer. Shops in the hotel good prices and actually found them cheaper than the town. Has 1 a la carte restaurant, despite the hotel boasting it has numerous and we did not attend due to people telling us they had walked out as the food was cold and poor quality. The spa was amazing and had great massage. Definitely recommend getting free transfer from spa guy, to visit My China restaurant as best meal all week but it is English prices.

great hotel! swimming pool at the hotel, beach - you can choose whatever suits you. the food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. hotel staff very friendly, helpful and always smiling. animations organized during the day by cheerful staff. lots of attractions for children. I recommend the hotel

Mixed review, I'm afraid. Upon arrival, after a 2 hour drive from Izmir airport, we arrived to check in. It felt rushed and basic information such as meal times and WIFI was not very well communicated. Our TUI rep was much more helpful and informative. Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Nice large lobby area, and we didn't have problems finding available sun loungers. The shops on the complex were very friendly and not as expensive as we were led to believe. The rating denotes the lack of entertainment. The kid's disco was repetitive with the same format. Personally I think it was too late at 9pm to 10pm. Adult entertainment was limited. The other negative was the buffet. Food was not labelled clearly for English guests and was more often than not warm and not replenished. The restaurant staff were friendly and pleasant. On our last day, we were informed that the late check out fee had gone up by €20 because it was 1st June, something we were not told prior to an initial enquiry. When we complained, the rooms suddenly became unavailable. The member of staff could only offer problems, not solutions, and it was not until we requested a manager that we were able to solve part of the problem. On check out, although we still had access to the hotel services, they cut you off the WIFI before you've even left. On a positive note, Billy, the drill sergeant aqua aerobics instructor, was memorably amazing!

ANGEL WINGS OVERLOOKING THE AEGEAN SEA 🌊♥ 🇹🇷 ⚘💖⚘💖⚘💖 This hotel is just pure luxury with the outlook of PARADISE ON EARTH ✨ 💖 👌 .... EVERY SINGLE SECOND THAT WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ( MORE THAN A MONTH 🇹🇷👌) .... WAS ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR, Firstly our room was spotlessly cleaned each and every day by our wonderful housekeeping cleaner GOLD, And then ... the food was of the finest and best ingredients and just divine 😋 and at breakfast, lunch and dinner times the food was always cooked fresh and hot, ... and the fresh fruit including the water melons was sweet and perfectly ripe, and the cakes and puddings was better than a French patisserie 🧁🍰🤩👍 !!! The entertainment was out of this world,.. and you would not get a better entertainment team anywhere in the world, ... BILLY (HANDSOME HOLLYWOOD 😅👍) , .. SPEEDY, SASHA , RAIN OMB , and our apologies if we have left any one of you out ! ... but you was all just Amazing and that's the truth !!! And all the waiters and waitresses are just exceptional and so polite and professional and special thanks to the HEAD CHEF and MEHMET, ... OMER YASMINE , AND HUSO ... you all went beyond all expectations within the restaurant meal times , ... And the BAR AND BISTRO STAFF WAS JUST THE BEST EVER , .. MILLOW you deserve a Medal 🏅 for the way that you multi task and never forget any order of the bar requests, and then YASMINE , Busa, BUSHRA and all of you are all a true credit to this beautiful hotel .... And then we have the management of MR ORGH ( OGGY ) AND TURGAY is simply OUTSTANDING 👌 .. In the way that they interact and run this amazing hotel as smooth as silk ( thank you both for all the hugs and kisses 💋 And for our personal laughs and jokes with each other 😂🤣😅👍) .... And the beautiful and incredible TUI rep of .... BETHAN GAMON of whome is truly incredible and will sort out any problems and will always be there to help and support you throughout your holiday ( if needed of course ) BETH is simply OUTSTANDING TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE and special thanks BETH for personally rearranging our flights on our extended stay at the VENOSA HOTEL 💖⚘👌 !!!! We availed of the spa offer at The Venosa Spa and I can say that Yacup and Robbie looked after us extremely well. They have recommended the best treatments for us and suitable therapists for our needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very easy going, and for the massages i could only say that Joy, my therapist, was very good, listened to my requirements and the results of my four session program were amazing. I would definitely see her again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is very friendly and accessible for disabled customers, but the disabled rooms need to be more suitable and safer in the bathroom and shower area. The seat in the shower is not safe or secure enough for someone who cannot stand, and it's very slippery in the bathrooms. However I did speak to the general manager and I showed him where the problems were, and he has assured me that he will look into it over the winter months. Also a handrail to access the pool would be a great idea on the entry point/steps.

Well Venosa didn’t disappoint. Me and my family have just got back after 2 weeks. Very clean and mostly polite people. Speedy the assistant manager for the entertainment was honestly amazing… always made sure you was okay and would go out of his way to make sure everything was fine… also appa the photographer was amazing always polite and was very patient when taking photos of our autistic daughter. Only thing that was a little slow was the pizza coming from the snack bar. It also says it closed at 5 but it don’t closes at 4… also the guy who is in the clothes shop was amazing… polite and welcoming doesn’t hassle you to buy things and lets you try whatever you like on… I’d say it’s definitely worth the money in there as the Quality of clothes are so real… but me and the family had an overall great time and will be returning soon as possible. Amazing family holiday, Room- lovely views and room was big enough for the 3 of us, only issues is the bed sheets are not very nice and hard, mini fridge filled up with soft drinks and water. Air con in the room kept not working and had to talk to reception a few times, we did work out in the end how to do it our self within the wardrobe little box in there and got it working again. Reception did offer to swap me rooms but we did not. Food- was good choice for everyone and could alway find something to eat, also for my daughter. Sometime food was warm but ok, la Cart do the Mexican one was lovely, food was really hot and fresh. Snack bar pizza, burger, salad, chicken wraps and chicken wings was nice but sometime very busy, can also get ice cream and waffle from snack bar at set time. Water park- amazing we all loved the water park really good part of the hotel, my daughter who 8 went on every slide and loved them so much. Staff- really try to help you a lot, bar staff are amazing and always friendly, bar man on roller stakes was amazing and would bring us a drink with out asking he was fab, manger of the Mexican la cart was amazing with my daughter and magic. Beach bar staff always friendly and happy, big manger who comes around and always check in to make sure your having a good time and everything is ok which is really good and nice to see how we doing on our holiday, which not seen before in hotel. Entertainment team- they MADE our holiday could not have asked for more from the team they go above and beyond for us and made my daughter holiday amazing big thank you to Sacha . Fifi . Ibo . Yamur . Spidi(speedy) bill they are one of the best entertainment team, they are all so friendly and lovely, they come round and chat with guest is what I like they never pressure anyone which is really nice to have on holiday, and if you don’t take part in all the activities they have on in the day they still come and chat and never not talk to guest. Lots of activities going on in the day and evening, mini disco and show all amazing. Kids club again big thank you to Sacha, Fifi and yamur amazing with my daughter and she loved them so much they made her holiday. Sacha lili loves you lots and going to miss you lots and lots. Big thank you Sacha, Fifi, Ibo, Yamur, spidi (speedy) bill, you work so hard and do amazing job. Poseidon ink tattoo shop in hotel- Burak is amazing tattooist he done a cover up on my partner arm, he is so talented and very skilled at what he does. I would defo recommend him to anyone. Big thank you to all the staff who work so hard to make sure have amazing holiday and been great.

I booked this hotel through TUI for Myself and my Adult Daughter, I've visited Didim many times but this time we decided to treat ourselves to All Inclusive at the Venosa Hotel. The transfer was brilliant, arrived at the hotel late evening, all of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. A member of staff took all the baggage and walked us to our room. We arrived at our absolutely wonderful room, the views were breathtaking! The room was immaculate, air conditioning worked brilliantly! There was also a free safe in the room which gives that extra peace of mind. The TUI rep, Bethan, was so informative. She gave us some recommendations and booked us in for a few things throughout our stay. Very knowledgeable round the local area. Nothing was too much effort for her! We visited the hotel Spa on our first day for a Turkish Bath & Massage, we were greeted by Robbie in an immaculate reception area, he showed us the changing rooms and went into the sauna then shown to where they give you the turkish bath. All the staff were so friendly and really ensured you felt at ease. Everywhere at the spa just felt so peaceful and clean. I would highly recommend a visit here! I loved the Spa so much that I booked another massage through Omer, he was thrown questions because I have a bad back, he answered them all honestly and put my mind at rest. The massage was done by Lisa who was superb. The whole hotel is so clean and all the staff are so attentive. The food was always cooked lovely and so much variety, you could easily have a different meal each time. The drinks were always poured for you and most of the time refills just landed on the table without even having to ask. Great entertainment team, something for everyone! Waterpark was so much fun as well. Myself and my Daughter had a tattoo and she also had a piercing, the staff at Posieden Ink were very knowledgeable with great advice and great hygiene. We both love our tattoos! A very relaxed holiday had, would most definitely come back to this hotel. The only slightly annoying thing which you get everywhere around the world is people leaving towels on sunbeds to reserve them then not using the sunbeds throughout the day but I would say there are plenty of sunbeds around the pools.
