The first floor is a bit trendy. If you don't like it, you can ask for a higher floor in advance. The size of the room is okay, and the surrounding area is more convenient.

O sistema de televisão de péssima qualidade da Sky, com televisores muito antigos e som e imagem terríveis. O telefone do quarto não funcionou em nenhum dos 23 dias de hospedagem. O pessoal de recepção/portaria muito confuso no atendimento e pagamento/fechamento de faturas. Os quartos tem mobília antiga e a manutenção não está em dia. Não existe qualidade na informação aos hóspedes e também no encaminhamento das demandas dos hóspedes entre os funcionários do hotel. Você pede para registrar um reparo, e qdo você retorna o defeito continua. Você questiona a recepção, eles dizem que passaram para a manutenção, mas a manutenção não reporta dizendo se resolveu ou não. Isso é falta de qualidade. Se tiver que voltar a Manaus, com certeza não vou mais me hospedar neste hotel. Procure outro que te atenda com respeito e que seja organizado.

Hotel maravilhoso, profissionais qualificados, café da manhã nível internacional (amei o bolo de macaxeira e omelete). Localização privilegiada dentro do distrito industrial, super recomendo para quem vem a negócios e a estrutura excelente para quem vem com a família também.

Alguns destaques: o café é no Novotel, anexo ao Ibis. Fomos bem atendidos pelo Felipe e Roberto. Ótimos recepcionistas. No entanto, o que mais surpreendeu a mim a minha esposa foi o cuidado que a camareira Josi (2° andar) teve com nosso quarto. Ela é rápida e arrumava o quarto como se fosse o primeiro dia. Muito simpática. Sugiro à gerência dar um treinamento e promover essa moça à recepção. Ela será uma ótima recepcionista e vai tratar bem os hóspedes.

A estadia no geral foi razoável. A luz faltou várias vezes durante o dia o que causou desconforto e a inutilização dos elevadores. Detalhes internos no quarto precisão de reparos. Alguns destes foram realizados durante a estadia, por exemplo, a troca da tampa da privada.

Aqui é uma arapuca! Hotel antigo, mal conservado, ambiente deteriorado e precisando de reformas! O ar condicionado não gela bem! Preços abusivos dos itens de conveniência (10 reais por uma água de caixinha, 14 reais por 1 kitkat, coisa de doido!) Café da manhã é no NovoHotel, hotel vizinho do complexo, se tiver chuva, é banho na certa! Sinceramente, na oportunidade de ter outro hotel melhor e mais custo benefício, vou na hora!
