Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I had already paid in full on Ctrip before I left. When they asked me to use my credit card for guarantee, they deducted 1,000 euros. When I was waiting to check in, they deducted 1,516 euros for no reason. I called Ctrip and the hotel said that I made an additional reservation. It was simply a fabrication! Finally, I went to the front desk to negotiate. There was no apology or explanation. They said that our reservation department made a mistake and will refund you now. As a hotel known as a small luxury, it is ridiculous!
I don’t recommend any Chinese to stay here. This hotel doesn’t like Chinese people.
It’s not suitable for children to stay here. There are so many hotels in this area. I suggest that Ctrip should experience it clearly before recommending it.

Excellent location, high-tech equipment in the room, warm and thoughtful service. The price is reasonable among high-end hotels.
It's a pity that I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant on the second floor.
I will stay here again next time.

This hotel is a category in its own. We have had the most amazing stay in the incredible tower suite (602). From arrival to departure the staff made sure we had a truly unforgettable experience in this extraordinaryelegant hotel. The decor is rich and luxurious. Our suite boasted 2 bedrooms with 2 ultra luxurious bathrooms that offered steam rooms. Furthermore a wonderful living room with spectacular views of the famous Dam square. The master bedroom was in a tower room, one level up with 360 views of the city. It offered a kingsize jacuzzi and a spectacular candlelit ceiling. My advice: don’t book to many activities if you stay in this hotel and make sure you leave time to enjoy all the top notch amenities in your room as well as the F&B outlets in the hotel. It is a truly amazing experience, that is worth every penny

I don’t even know where to start in writing this review…From the moment you walk into Hotel Twenty Seven it is magical. So unique and gorgeously decorated. Then the staff starts their magic and you are whisked away to an amazing experience. I wish I could remember everyone’s names to thank them for an amazing 48 hrs. We were only staying one night but after an hour there we decided we had to stay another night. It is that amazing. Special shout out to Sammy who went out of his way to help us with everything about Amsterdam. The room…OMG!! I want to make our home look and feel like that room. The steam shower… amazing. The food at breakfast was the best we have had. And drinks at the bar always ended the day on a high note. Thank you Hotel Twenty Seven and we hope to stay there again!! Linda and Chuck N
