A really great location. Walking into the centre of Amsterdam is just 15 minutes away. Close to all the museums and a tram stop to the Central Station on the doorstep. A few supermarkets 5 minutes away.Restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet. Alexandra on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Loved the hotel. Very cosy and comfy and situated in an excellent location. It was just by the metro Line 4 which took you straight into Dam Square within 5 to 7 minutes. The front desk staff such as Alexandra and Claudio were beyond expectations and have everlasting wonderful impressions of my short but memorable stay.

The hotel is very well located, we were able to do everything on foot, the staff was great, we didn't have breakfast. We just didn't like the bed that looked a mattress and the bathroom was very wet after showering, because the glass was very small. But, none of this interfered with our stay!!

The hotel is very well placed. The staff is very nice and gave us an excellent service. Thank you. The room is ok, no noise and quiet. There is an air conditioner and a radiator so it is adaptable for any season. The mattress is very confortable.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Great service from front desk with recommendations and assistance whenever requested. The room was also wonderfully maintained and cleaned each day. It will be my hotel of choice when I return to Amsterdam.

Really well located in a nice neighbourhood full of restaurants and museums, at 30 min from city center (walking) and well connected to tram lines. The room was comfortable, big enough and clean. The bathroom was really nice but not functional: you can only flood it at every shower. The room is not soundproofed. The staff is really professional, helpful and kind.

There were some highs and lows to this stay. The highs: 1) The hotel is reasonably priced. 2) The hotel is near to trams, restaurants and Albert Cuyp market. 3) Friendly reception staff 4) Comfy bed and pillow The lows: 1) Initially my room was on the 1st floor, street facing. It was so incredibly loud that I asked if it was possible to move rooms. 2) The bathroom in my initial room stank like nothing I have smelt before in my life. It smelt like sweaty gym bags. My guess is that the shower curtain needs replacing but seriously, how can this be acceptable? 3) I was moved to a room on the 4th floor which was not street facing. I could not hear the street anymore which was great! The bathroom had a glass wall so no stinky shower curtain. That is a plus, but if you are a light sleeper then this is not the hotel. I heard everything that my neighbor did, and I mean everything. That is an experience I’d prefer not to repeat….. I won’t return for sure, but if you can sleep through everything and can ignore the smell if you get a bathroom with a shower curtain…go for it.
