Everything was very good, also the girl from the reception was cute and nice with us. We stayed at 3'rd floor, the room was small but clean. Something strange was the guaranty amount i needed to pay at the reception, but i think about it and I understood it.
This hotel offers basic, plain rooms, which are quite serviceable and are fine for most travelers. The smallest rooms are spartan, so be aware if you have selected such.
The location is excellent and not too close to the noisier tourist spots in the city.
The steep stairs, which are common in many older buildings in Amsterdam are present, thus older travelers should seek accommodations which are suitable to their needs.

Great location, but service was terrible. The guy at the front desk was rude and did nothing but talk in the phone. The rooms are nice, but the stairs are a nightmare. Again, location was amazing!
Close to Centraal Station. It's easy to find too. A striking yellow hotel sign! The reception staff are also friendly and professional. Bathrooms and toilets are shared facilities, but their quality is controlled. Especially recommended for breakfast. Best taste!
