Wow what a place!
This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Very good hotel highly recommended
Especially the sea view room, when you wake up every morning, you feel like you are in a postcard from Capri.
The hotel can arrange pick-up from Naples and ferry to the hotel. One-stop service is very friendly to tourists.
There are also free shuttle buses to and from the city on weekdays.

It was an incredible experience, the hotel absolutely perfect, and the people imposible better. People very nice, always helping you on everything, my wife and I were very happy. We are going to como back some day. The breakfast, the room, the views were amazing. Even the jacuzzi looking the sea,

The staff could not be more helpful. Anything we needed that accommodated us. Breakfast was wonderful and I have never seen so many options. I recommend staying here if you are going to Capri.you must try their fresh orange Lemon and carrot juice.

Hands down one of the most charming, yet upscale boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was impeccable and the location was great. Out of the craziness but close enough to everything to experience it all. The car service to take you to and from hot spots was amazing too. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

The best customer service experience I have had as a guest. All employees are kind and very well trained ! Can not be better and thinking in how important is an excellent service. It makes us feel like we are at home and how long we will take to come back ! To the owner and all staff, it was a pleasure !

I stayed at the Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco in early May 2024, and it was the greatest hotel experience that I've had. I can't say enough great things about the staff at this location along with the location and amenities that it has to offer. From the moment your ferry arrives, the staff is there to greet you and provide transportation to the hotel. Once you arrive at the hotel, the entire staff genuinely goes above in beyond in every fashion to make sure your stay is amazing. The room was beautiful and incredibly well kept at all times. Any time that we left the hotel to explore what Capri has to offer, the staff was happy to provide free transportation to and from the city center and the Marina Grande. I would suggest anyone visiting Capri to stay at the Excelsior Parco and I can't wait to return in the future.

What a wonderful experience in every way. Beautiful rooms and views. Amazing personal attention and care from the friendly management and staff. Also, prime location for activities on entire island. Will definitely stay here again soon

It’s hard to say why we gave them a 5. Could it be the welcome we received on the garden patio on my wife’s birthday complete with them singing happy birthday? Could it be the unbelievable kindness of the staff there at every turn making sure every need was met? Could it be the individuals who looked after our every need or want? Gaia, Marana, Gabriella, Buddika, Lorenzo, Stefano, Pradeer and Nea are all just incredible. Could it be the beautiful unique and gorgeous hotel and unique pool? Could it be the incredible breakfast every morning and the sweetest wait staff ever? Could it be the dinner we had in the hotel with the best tiramisu we’ve had? I would have to say all of the above and more. If you are going to Capri, this hotel is a must!
