Friendly staff, breakfast needs a little improvement, close to Disneyland, bed is a little uncomfortable

Excellent affordable resort with nice grounds and amenities. Room was clean and more than we expected!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days. We took our 3 year ild and 7 year old to Disneyland for the first time. We paid $215 for each of them to get a princess dress from Disneyland and get a princess makeover. I had hung the dresses in the closet with my husband's Nike shoes and Volcom jacket. For the first time in my life I did not check the closet when we packed up to leave on the 3rd (I never use the closets). When we got home 6.5 hours later I was unpacking and realized I had left the dresses, jacket, and shoes in closet. We called the hotel immediately but house keeping was gone for the night and the room was empty all ready. We were advised to submit a form with the missing items and we did. The next day we called again and the employee checked with housekeeping and they didnt have any of our items. How does someone just take other peoples items especially princess dresses that belong to another little girl. The dishonesty of the housekeeping employees is sad and I will NEVER return to this hotel or use this chain. I am sure people forget their personal items all the time. It is sad that their are such insensitive and dishonest people. My 3 year old is autistic and has been very upset over her Elsa dress. Thank you to the employee(s) that thought it was ok to take my stuff and not give me a chance to have it returned. Karma! I will NEVER recommend this property to anyone.

Hotel was average, but quite expensive. Parking was additional. For two vehicles it was $58 USD! There were bags of garbage in the hallways and the staff at breakfast were unfriendly.

Great place to stay. No issues and very quiet. There are plenty of dining options in the area.

First of all, the front desk lady asked for a $40 plus for an early check-up fee, and this is a fee based on policy; when I asked for the policy, she didn’t provide it to me, and no one was welcoming anyone when someone was getting into the lobby and they were looking at you like something happened. So The next day, I saw they overcharged my debit card. I called the front desk, and the lady was so disrespectful and loud, explaining everything so fakely. I said, Excuse me, that is not true, and then she hung up the phone on my face. So this is what happened when they hired the wrong person at the front desk who is disrespectful, has no customer service, and is mean. The disappointing time was when I asked her name, please, and she said sorry, I can’t tell you my name, which is against the policy. I was so disappointed in her. By the way, this call was made at the front desk between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. today, December 18, 2023. I asked for the manager, and she said the manager was not here either, and she hung up the phone on my face. 😞 I hope the hotel manager find this front desk person and write her up for being disrespectful.As clientss, we deserve respect and kindness because we arenot bargaining, but we pay for the service .

A great place to stay with lsrge rooms, a full, fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was having an accessible shower, the water got all over the floors. We just put our used towels to dry it.

My complaint would be they didn’t my offer cleaning services daily. We stayed for a week and had cleaning done once. Not to mention if we didn’t confirm with front desk they would have missed our “scheduled “ cleaning to the day before check out. For us if we would have known that would haven been a deal breaker. Besides that the room was nice 2 bedrooms with living room and a full kitchen was nice! Not to mention 2 full bathrooms in each room. The beds were not comfortable and very firm. Couldn’t get a good nights rest most nights. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast each morning was nice. Parking most nights was a nightmare!

The Room needs to be updated, There were no USB outlets anywhere, the shower and bath area need some updating and only one elevator was working for the entire stay on the 5th floor. For the price point, you can do better!
