I decided to go to Disney.
It was nice that it was spacious and had a table.
The whole house is old
Next time I come with my family
I think I'll go somewhere else
I liked that the staff were friendly and smiling.
The drinks provided in the hotel lobby were also good.

At first glance and the photo's it looks nice. After checked in it was a different story. They gave us the wrong room and the rest according to them were all booked. The safe didnt work. The bli ds in the kids room was broken and stuck open so naps were i possible with the sun beaming in. The smoke defector went off once, called to have it fixed, then went off at 3 am waking my entire family. I had to take it out of the wall and walk it down to the front desk. Oh and the pool was closed, which is why we booked this place because the kids wanted to swim !! All in all, extremely disappointed!! Oh and the manager offered me free parking and a $200 dollar discount for all of this lol. Basically a slap in the face for kids first experience going to California and Disneyland!!

Our reservation was for a two room suite with one king and two queen beds. When we arrived we had been downgraded to a two room children’s suite with one king bed and two twin beds. When I went back to the front desk to inquire I was informed that the larger suite was unavailable yet a price adjustment for the smaller beds was not made. My 77 year old father had to sleep in a children’s suite and our daughter slept on the sofa. In addition, the pool and jacuzzi were both under construction during our entire stay. One would think that a price adjustment would be made for all the hotels guests if the amenities advertised are not available.

Very nice room, actually two rooms. Kitchen. Fridge. Microwave. Table and chairs. More than I expected. But the best part was the provided and included breakfast! Excellent food! Lots of it.

Old property - couch seemed dirty and tired, broken tile in bathroom, pool and hot tub was empty/closed. Staff were friendly and room smelled heavily like cleaning supplies so seemed clean, just old and tired. No room service either.

I was very impressed with our room, it was like if I was at home, has everything you need, small kitchen with utensils, plates, fridge stove, etc I will definitely book again, makes it easy for family with kids.
