The hotel apart from its location is otherwise an uncomfortable stay the food is horrible and the toilets 🚻 are absolutely not up to the mark the water from the basins flow into the floor of the bathroom and leaking taps make the bathroom totally wet. Hot water flow is restricted as the geyser is switching off at times more over too many people will make one wait for hot water flow Breakfast was to start from 8am but the hotel people wake up late so no proper time.. Overall one should avoid staying here if ther are other options

Amazing stay in ahmed resort, very well service from ahmed resort staff, rooms are good and clean. Food was also great.

Hotel ambience is good. View is awesome from hotel balcony. However, this hotel is far from main pahalgam market near about 7 km. Since it is at hilly region, transport system may not be that frequent if you are not in your private car.

The view was awesome and the staff as well as the owner of the resort was so polite and humble food was also delicious service was excellent

The worst hotel in pahalgam , my booking was done 2 month back on reaching ther they said your room was given to another guest pls manage with other room , staff is horrible no one co ordinate ther , hotel is shabby not like shown in picture, last moment i have to search other hotel it was too horrible , they do not have hot water in so much cold , the cleanliness is pathetic

In name of resort they are worst then a Lodge. No facilities. U get free rain in ur room as roofs have leakage. No soap, no slipper, no kettle, no tea/coffee in room. Food is average as they only know to cook nonveg.

Hi Everyone, I am Bhawna Rawat who stayed in Ahmed resorts for a day although planned for 2 days earlier...My honest experience with Ahmed Resorts is as follows: 1) Location of the property is awesome means wow just walking distance from the River rafting area. 2) Staff is helpful and just a call away they are literally on their feet. These are only and only good parts of the hotel now let me describe to you what I faced as negative there : 1) Rooms were smelling very bad. 2) Due to rain the water was all over the room, inside the room and all my luggage was flowing in water. Thank god, my office laptop was a bit of a distance and saved. I had a heated argument with my husband because I was the one to book and suggest this property. . (Pati patni thing :D) 3)The water in the bathroom was very dirty or they said it is because of rain so discolored water, kind of impure and all dirty water. 4) Pathetic food no taste no serving style and charges are economic. 5) Bathroom was like "Sulabh Sochalaya", smelling hell bad, flush was not working and we had to use the bucket to flush our potty. 6) Yes, the dinner buffet was good and taste-wise 4 stars. 7) I complained to the reservation team about my experience and they were like "OK". Means how can someone be so unprofessional and unapologetic? 8) We paid 3300 for the room and an extra 500 for the lunch which was of no use but it was not worth it at all. I would suggest looking for LD hut and other properties in Pahalgam rather than going to Ahmed resorts because they are literally of no use. There are other properties near the riverside under a budget of 2k-2.5k and with better conditions. Please don't waste your money here, no no no. A big NO

Staff comprising of Bilal, Yawar and Imtiaz were extremely courteous and helpful in all aspects. Vegetarian food provided was tasty with sufficient options. Room decor is good. The hotel is located at Rafting point, which is 13km (30 mins) from the main market - approach road from Rafting point to the hotel is not well maintained. Improvement areas: Rooms need regular upkeep - linen (towel, pillow covers) is not up to the mark. The hotel is short staffed which puts pressure on the existing staff.

Booked for two nights but I had to change this hotel because of its location and ambiance not a great place to stay at all. I can’t say about service and food because I didn’t stayed here but upon my approach reception hall light was switched off and no one was their to attend for 5 minutes similar things happen in restaurant as I thought of Maggie for my kids but finally I avoided and decided to move somewhere else.
