This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet and sofa felt very dirty after a long time. The next day we asked to clean the room, but the waiter evaded and said that their room was not cleaned every day. It was the first time I heard about it, and then two bath towels were sent as room service. My friend's room carpet was full of hair that had not been cleaned at all, but he lied and said it had been cleaned. The shower gel and shampoo were completely empty, and the next day there was no hot water shower. My friend called and his attitude was very perfunctory. It was a terrible experience. I don't know if it was the hotel's problem or if Ctrip lowered its requirements for the partner. Recently, the hotel experience booked from Ctrip has not been very pleasant

Excellent location at the heart of downtown. However it’s a bit dated. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Will stay again if visit anchorage again.

The hotel is a bit old, and the elevator rumbled all night long in the room, which was very noisy! Also, for this price, there were no toothbrushes or slippers.

很有歷史感的酒店!大堂節日氛圍濃厚,工作人員都熱情有禮,酒店內就有幾家非常棒的餐館,總之非常滿意,下次應該還會選它!

After speaking with front desk staff about the offer I booked we came to a mutual decision. VIP offer would get me $20 in food and beverage credits and the night manager offered an additional $30 food and beverage credit for the no longer valid executive lounge access. Upon checkout when I inquired to Angel about the missing F&B $50 credit he said there were no notes on the account and my $50 food and beverage charges were not valid. I would like the promised $50 food and beverage credits returned to my card please.

Check-in was seamless. Great Front Desk Staff, the valet parking crew opened the door for us even though we were dropped off by Uber. Hotel is very clean. BEAUTIFUL decorations for the holidays. The food and service at the Crows Nest was amazing and convenient. I could tell that our room was older and had not been recently updated compared to the room I stayed in October. The overall stay did not disappoint. Will definitely stay again.

The toilet was clogged when we first arrived from the previous guests before us. The TV did not work the first night and when we called the front desk to ask someone to come fix it, but no one came. So we had to go downstairs and make a second request for it to be fixed. Also, one night, we tried to place a breakfast order with room service so it would arrive at a specific time, but they said they would not take room service orders for the following morning. The valet parking was $40 per night and they did not offer another parking option; they said we would have to park elsewhere in the city if we didn’t valet and the valet attendants didn’t carry change for tipping. Finally the Crow’s Nest restaurant was closed Sundays and Mondays.

A Stay Filled with Kindness and Grace I recently stayed at this hotel with my dear friend of over thirty years, who is in the advanced stages of muscular dystrophy. This trip was meant to be a small but meaningful getaway — a chance for us to rest and share time together — and the staff made it truly special. From check-in to checkout, everyone was friendly and professional, but Ross, the Front Desk Manager, stood out in an extraordinary way. He arranged for fresh roses to be waiting in our room and extended a late checkout so my friend could rest comfortably before our departure. Those small gestures turned an ordinary hotel stay into something deeply memorable. I’ve stayed here several times over the years, but this visit touched me most. The compassion and quiet care shown reminded me that real hospitality is about seeing people and meeting them where they are. Heartfelt thanks to Ross and the entire team — you created a memory we will both treasure.
