Some communication challenges (no English) on arrival - so took a while to realize this was the hotel I should stay at.
Very friendly staff though. Fine budget place.

性價比較高，環境一般般，設施不太好，主要是入住沒有房卡，沒有房卡就算了，還沒有鑰匙，老闆説出門直接把門帶上就好😂，所以有貴重物品的一定要謹慎，但這個價格也就這樣啦，所以性價比挺高的。

這個價格檔次差點我也算了。奇葩的是，入住的時候老闆模樣的老頭當著我女兒的麪説:“你帶孩子出行為什麼住這麼差的地方？”我還沒有入住怎麼可能知道你們有多差？住了才知道，一個窗户衹有個關不上的破爛窗簾，在馬路邊，特別特別吵！衞生就不説了，反正就一晚，就算你家有更好的房型也絕對不會再來。

確實也不知道這些好評是哪裡來的，説是客棧，就是個小旅館吧，前台都沒有，樓梯臟得很。房間在路邊，不隔音，晚上大車路過，很吵。房間衞生也堪憂，被子上有毛髮，估計都沒換過。馬桶裏麪還有shi和尿漬……很無語……

入住陸陸續續有半個月了，總體房間挺大的，住的也挺舒服，停車樓下也方便，唯獨就是電視排氣扇壞的，回頭老闆也答應了嗯，馬上更換，我還是滿意的，下次早點下單入住，希望能修好

前一天對浙江安吉的餐飲服務旅遊景點很心堵，想着以後再也不想來安吉了，昨晚入住十八客棧，老闆態度好的嘞，很親切，扭轉了我對安吉的看法，看來世界上總是有討厭和討喜的人，不必以點概麪，因為十八客棧老闆的服務意識和態度，安吉我還會再來

有點簡陋，個人感覺不太安全，晚上樓上不知道是不是有小動物，不停發出響聲。便宜是便宜，不過真的入住體驗蠻糟糕，不推薦。
