After May Day, I traveled to Ankang alone and chose this hotel. The stay experience was good. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, the lobby facilities were beautiful, and there was a gym and swimming pool. There were few people and it was stress-free to use. The buffet in the evening was also very rich in variety, and there were many parking lots, which was very convenient! It would be better if the air conditioning was more powerful. It is recommended that the hotel can turn on the air conditioning for guests in advance in the future, which will make people happier!

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

The service is good, very professional, the facilities are good, and the overall experience is good. I will choose it again next time.

Secondly, the first room I checked into had bugs (living creatures) all around the window. The child didn't even enter the room when he saw them. I called the front desk, and they only sent a cleaning lady to deal with it, saying that they flew in from outside. But the window was obviously closed. Then they reluctantly changed me to another room. Then, when I came back at night, the light flashed and turned off automatically within 10 minutes after I turned it on. I called the engineering staff, but they said they couldn't fix it, so I changed the room again. I felt that I was changed to a room that was not as good as the deluxe king-size bed room I booked. I went to the front desk, and they actually said that they upgraded me for free. . . . The child was speechless. This was the worst hotel experience, bar none.
