體檢感極差，前台給我們的房間和預訂的不一樣，去和前台溝通的時候開始還給我們説就是我們預訂的，後面又説沒有房間了，也沒有辦法給我們換，她們去向老闆申請退差價。退房的時候也沒有給我們解決。既然我們已經預訂好了、為什麼不給我們留好了，沒房間了、辦理入住的時候也不提前告知。

地理位置優越，後面的停車場很大很方便，酒店對面就是有名的砂之船奧特萊斯購物廣場，早餐還有雲南風味的米線🍜

除了前台的服務，其他全是吐槽點。
無論裝修多麼高大上，連一個無煙房都沒有，就是很糟糕的！不要給我説什麼有空調，可以通風……即便換了一次房，兩間房間一開門就是偌大的煙味！你們考慮過入住還有小朋友，還有不吸煙的人嗎？！
第二需要吐槽的是早餐，強烈建議大家都不要定含早，早餐之差，比那種景區的家庭旅館民宿都差，實屬罕見！
第三，正對醫院，後面是工地，環境差，想休息好根本不可能。
要不是為了不耽擱第二天在安寧的行程，我寧願住在温泉。完全不推薦！

房間乾淨整潔，停車方便，服務也好，早餐也還不錯，雖然簡單也能吃飽。門口就是奧萊購物廣場，購物方便，總體不錯，五星好評！

首先先説明，當時是買青魚灣水上樂園票的時候推薦了這個酒店，所以我訂了這個酒店，但現在我後悔了，當然不是説酒店不好，主要是位置很尷尬，當時從高鐵站到酒店差不多晚上十點了，有點餓，又不想點外賣，所以確認的房間，把行李放下就想着看看周邊有什麼吃的，問了一下前台，前台表示周圍現在衹有燒烤在營業了，然後我們出來找了一下沒找到就衹好打車出去吃，酒店離步行街差不多半個多小時四十分鐘左右，本來想着離樂園近位置偏一點很正常，但是酒店離樂園也不近啊，也是十來分鐘的車程，我這我還不如在市中心找個酒店住下，更方便。
當然，酒店還是不錯的乾淨衞生設備齊全
