We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

The peninsula was just lovely. It was our first time staying there and everything was spectacular. It was literally an enchanting and magical staycation. The room was stunning! And the swimming pool was absolutely gorgeous! All the staff members were extremely nice and friendly. We felt welcomed and definitely enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommended!

Our original room had a side street view but the front desk was able to upgrade us to a room with a front street view. The lady at the front desk also escorted us to the room, and explained to us how the appliances work. They also have a vintage collection of VCDs that you can watch!

My husband and I had a brilliant time at Peninsula hotel. The service was great, the staff were helpful. The package included a fine dining for two at Spring Moon. The foods were tasty, good hospitality and excellent quality of service.

Hong Kong has a lot of 5-star hotels, and Peninsula is certainly in a class of its own. Would recommend for special celebration.
