It was clean and there was hot water. That's all I was looking for. This is my third or fourth time staying at Regency in Anoka, MN this year and each stay has been just fine. I have no complaints.

Construction made access difficult. I had reserved for 2 nights but, for medical reasons, had to check out early. Was out the $75 for the second night. Such is life.

Staff was very kind and professional, rooms were disgustingly dirty gross, towels were very rough refrigerator was not working when I got there but the lady from the office managed to get it fixed

the whole property had a smoking smell, even inside the rooms. toilet paper, was limited, as well as tissues and water cups.

They were so rude they said that my son 7yrs old can not visit me they were said we allow to see him.only at parking lot ! Never seen or hear that inhuman people existed on earth

The customer service was horrible!
I tried to check in early receptionist said no rooms ready which was understandable but the way she came across to me was not good at all then I was told I needed a credit card to cover incedentals I explained that I don’t have credit card but had debit card that I was using to pay for room she would not accept!
I returned later to try and check in again the new receptionist much friendlier never mentioned a credit card and check in went much better but still left sour taste for me

Great for our stay after the Taylor Swift concert. We booked this hotel in Anoka and took the Rally bus motorcoach to the Taylor Swift concert. It was a good basic stay for us, quiet and safe. We were caught off guard though by the $100 cash (physical cash) deposit that was required. I was told that my card could not be used as a credit card, but I always use it as both a credit and debit card. It would be helpful to update the ******* listing to state that physical cash is required as a deposit if you feel their card is not a credit card, so others are not caught off guard. Overall good stay as we just needed a place to sleep for the night.

Great rooms and very clean inside the rooms. Outside the rooms seemed a bit dirty and there was some guests who were noisey.
