This hot spring hotel is generally good. Unfortunately, the internal facilities in the hotel room are old, not maintained, and not clean. The bed is made of solid wood, but the board is very noisy and creaks. I, who weighs 100 pounds, make a sound when I turn over, and the mattress is dented. The bed was falling apart. I stayed in a villa guest room, which was absolutely terrible. I went there before the epidemic. The environment was really good at that time. Now it’s gone. The women’s bathroom is also super nice. 太過熱的酒店了，基礎設施在鞍山算是一流了。趕上五一節假日服務員太忙的緣故吧，前台辦理入住不太及時，工作人員的服務態度都很好，衹有穿白色衣服的主管浪盪個大臉，像我欠了她似的。温泉服務員看孩子在挑選零食也不給孩子好氣，呵斥孩子“這不是你家”孩子哭着回來告訴我，問她們是哪個阿姨，孩子記不住了。房間打掃也不夠細心，枕套上三根頭髮，告知後好一個賠禮道歉和解釋，重新換了新的。幸好微信名陌顏小哥哥給予解釋和安撫才壓住了火，要不然真要給大差評了。温泉也不錯，有不講究的在池子裏搓灰，一層厚厚的漂浮物。哈哈哈哈五一嘛人多都可以理解。總體來説不錯。給陌顏小哥哥好評。

環境：環境很不錯尤其晚上夜景下泡池很漂亮 服務：服務很到位，會提前微信溝通，回覆及時 設施：設施都很新 衞生：衞生可以，及時換水 泡池不是很多，適合優先放鬆，小朋友有小童樂園但沒有水上戲水設施，所以假期人不會很擁擠

酒店位於千山腳下，衞生條件好，服務設施比較齊全，游泳館健身房也能滿足出行期間的健身需求。下榻酒店能享受全天無限次進出温泉，室外有多種泡池，有紅酒、蘆薈、薰衣草、檸檬綠茶、溶洞泡池等。房間裏有浴缸，温泉水接入，直接在房間裏也能享受了。酒店服務很貼心，管家小丁在入住當天上午電話聯繫我們，確認行程，在到店後，小丁還幫助把行李送到房間，為我們入住遊玩提供很多幫助，遇到的其他員工也都非常熱情，為酒店的優質服務點贊！

住的是榻榻米雙床，房間很好，有個小陽台，望出去是山景，風景不錯。床品很舒服，房間衞生也不錯。大堂就是一處風景，很漂亮，人員服務態度都不錯，尤其是管家小丁，入住前後都提供了十分周到的介紹和建議，十分專業，表揚表揚。户外温泉很有特色，設施維護的也還不錯。晚餐單點的菜品有個燒烤牛肉口味驚艷。看到電梯裏宣傳點的全家福餃子，感覺像是反覆加熱後的出品。早餐也還好，按照單買價格看的話就不具性價比了。室外温泉區有兩衹羊駝，餵食的話，大白搶食很兇😂。總體來説，推薦入住。
