房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！

先説缺點：室外晚上有大車經過能聽到聲音，窗户外面是廣告燈牌屋內有些亮，希望浴池配個刷子。
再説優點：到店前台給升級了套房贈送了糖果和一次性浴巾。房間很大，床品都很新感覺很乾凈。室內泡池也很大，温泉水温很高，泡着很舒服。早餐15元/位，孩子不到1.2免費，種類不多味道可以。十一期間不到300的價格性價比很高，以後附近玩還會選擇入住。
