酒店房間環境可以，我們兩大兩小，定的雙床的套間，開的時間應該不久，部分地方還在修建中，最應該改善的就是淋浴了，水流實在太小了，水流還特別分散，爬山下來一身汗，不洗實在難受，洗的又冷又難受，我們爬山下來晚上六點多，酒店就能做三個菜，我們就去外面附近的農家院吃的，早餐15一個人，七點半開餐，需要提前一天晚上告知幾個人吃，我們也是在外面自己解決的早餐！

清明放假帶着孩子來爬千山，選擇了楠溪別苑，整體感受如下：
1、價位不高。七八十平的兩卧這個價格這個時間確實可以了。
2、位置好找。開着車導航，就在路邊，很醒目的一座小院。
3、衞生很好。入住的房間沒有什麼衞生死角，被子上還有淡淡的洗衣液的味道。
4、裝修別緻。從小院的整體風格，到屋裡的軟裝，連屋裡那一盆盆小花都彰顯着主人的的用心和精緻。
5、賓至如歸。老闆們話不多，早餐的稠粥、親手拌的小菜、沖泡咖啡的熱水、飯後老闆親自沏的熱茶…整體給我們一種在家的温馨愜意。
臨時決定的一場旅行，巧合中的一次入住，可能也是這輩子唯一的一次邂逅，但“它”值得。

環境：一到名宿眼前一亮，滿園果樹小橋流水還有一小池塘、涼亭，房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔。服務周到耐心有求必應，設施也是齊全乾凈，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

小院設計的很好，訂房的時候沒有房了，所以訂的麻將房，房間很寬敞，也很乾凈，應該是開業時間不長，浴巾毛巾都很新，洗澡水也很好，熱水器的。
