The view outside the window of the cabin is beautiful, there are many group building and children's outreach training. It is a good place for weekend leisure and vacation.

房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！

I must praise the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms. Environment: The hotel is located in the bustling area of ​​​​Anshan City Center, with a superior geographical location. Next to it are Dashang Xinmart and Shengli Square. At the same time, there are many bus routes around, which is very convenient for travel. The environment inside the room is also very good. As I said just now, the hygiene is very reassuring, so the environment will naturally not be too bad. Facilities: There are two elevators to go upstairs. You need to swipe the elevator card to go upstairs. This is still trustworthy, at least there is more security. Although the room is not big, it is less than 20 square meters on Ctrip, but it can be said that ”small but complete”, the facilities that should be in the room (including desks, wardrobes, and disposable items for washing) are all there, so the experience is still good. But I personally think there are still two small problems with the facilities in the room. The first is that the TV in the room is a bit small, and the image does not seem to be particularly clear. I hope it can be improved; the second is that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in does not seem to have cold air. Although the room is very warm and not cold at all, it still feels very hot when I first enter. The air conditioner has been debugged for a long time and there is no cold air. This may be improved, so that the experience will be better. Service: The front desk is on the 8th floor. The efficiency of check-in and check-out is very high. The 100 yuan deposit paid at check-in was returned to the original route as soon as possible when checking out. It is still very reassuring. But there is one more thing to mention, that is, when I booked on Ctrip, I used points to redeem the rights to upgrade the room type. I booked a selected king-size bed room, and the normal upgrade should be to a selected king-size bed room. I saw on Ctrip that the Premium King Room has a mountain view, but from the window of my room, I could see ”high-rise buildings” but no mountain. Also, when I checked in, the front desk did not explain whether the room type was upgraded for me, so it was somewhat suspicious. I hope that next time they can explain whether the room type was upgraded and what the upgraded room type was, so that everyone can be more assured. During the New Year's Day holiday, when hotels were all raising prices crazily, it was okay to find such a hotel in the city center at this price (114 yuan per night). Although this hotel has also increased in price, it still has a good value for money, and I hope the hotel can continue to maintain it. At the same time, the service details should be strengthened.

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet is a plus. There are also free mineral water and tea bags unique to the whole season. You can make a cup of tea at night and feel tired. The hotel also has a laundry room and gym. I am not afraid of not changing clean clothes for a few days on business trips. I can go to exercise when I have time. - Attentive service: the front desk staff is warm and professional, check-in is very fast, and they also take the initiative to introduce interesting places around. The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese hot porridge, buns, and Western bread and milk. ”This bowl of noodles all seasons” must be tasted, the taste is awesome! This stay experience is great, next time I come to Anshan, I will definitely choose here!
