The hotel is really nice, the pools are clean and the staff are helpful. We were disappointed that we didn't meet our bartender Macit, he made really tasty drinks. rested with friends, had a good time. I hope to see you soon, Bosphorus

returned to the Bosphorus after six months, the hotel is excellent, good location, the beach is close the food is tasty, however, the selection is not large. the staff is nice, but the staff at the bar has changed, the quality of service has deteriorated, there are not enough good cocktails from Macit

2023 yılında konakladığımız hotel aslında bizi ***et tatmin etti ama bu sene tekrar düşünelim dedik ve tekrar gelmek isteyen misafirlerine herhangi bir cezbedici davranışları yok fiyat politikası ***et yanlış olmuş gereksiz bir tavır. Umarım sürekli tercih etmek isteyen misafirleri için iyi anlamda birşeyler yaparlar yoksa bir çok hotel var kimse 3e 5e bakmaz malesef.

+ Nice hotel + large pool + food was ok + friendly waiters - toilet and shower in the bedroom was not hygienic, it should be separate as there is no privacy if you were with other people. - bedroom and shower room not cleaned properly , toilet stained yellow and shower room floor was disgusting and dirty. - severe lack of entertainment and activities. If there were any entertainments, it was not advertised properly so you miss out. - lack of snacks and afternoon tea, they served same food that they served for desserts. No creativity in their pastries. We recommend they check Ruby platinum menus to get some inspiration. - Racist comments made by the employee of the hotel ( photographer) “why are you so black like Pakistani” . He wanted to know where we are from and when we told him England he did not believe us as we looked Indian. we are British born of Indian descents but has never set foot in India nor Pakistan and has no connection to them. Lol ***, we are people of the world, does it matter if my skin is not white like native British yet I’m English. Who cares accept people as human being.s. Some Turkish people have issues with Indians, Pakistani or Afghans and consider them as low class or something. They forgot that after the Earthquake we all helped them with our contributions.

We spent here 9 nights in October . Hotel is very big, but there is lot of space around the hotel. Beautiful lights over the night. Big pool with daily entertainment inc foam party etc . Lot of possibilities to eat and drink, there is lot of bars including bar at the beach. Great bar staff and lovely atmosphere thanks to Macit 🙂 and his amazing cocktails. Floor staff was absolutely great ; Mehmet and Meryam and also Ur (apologies for spelling )behind the bar . Hulusi in restaurant was very helpful and always welcome us with the smile 😉 It’s very important to be surrounded by a positive people while on holidays and to keep fabulous memories ! Overall we highly recommend Bosphorus hotel and would definitely come back in a coming years 🙂 ♥️ xxx

A perfrct hotel. We were here for the second time. Professional manager geast relation Tetiana. Very nice place. Great view and great infrastructura. Servuces at the highest level. Hotel very modern and clean. Great ciusine and chefs. Thank you and best regards.

We spent 2 weeks in this hotel and it was a fantastic time. The decor is very impressive, there are many attractions, no one should be bored. Everywhere is very clean, the rooms are nice. And finally, I must mention the hotel service. Ahmet and Muhammet - very helpful, professional, friendly. Excellent hotel, I recommend it.

I loved the Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel, but it has some things that might improve. The most important thing to improve is cleaning service. Sheets were changed daily but there was dust pretty much everywhere. The other thing I was disapointed in are deserts. Turkish ones were really good, but the other ones were not sweet at all. Great things about this hotel: -Staff: the service was amazing, and Mehmet was the best waiter. He is the best guy in the hotel. The staff was really nice too, all kind and great people, best service. -The luxury: great lights at night, amazing pool, food everywhere including pool and beach, almost at any hour. -The lobby bar: international drinks and fast serving
