The Villas was really beautiful and huge! The receptionist on the day we checked in was far from friendly. But I don't think its fair to give bad rating based on 1 person as the other staff I came across was nice. We fell in love with how beautiful the Villas are, wish we stayed more.

The mountain view room has thick shades all over the windows, and pleasing green. The room is very cool, and there is a public activity area on each floor, which is convenient for reading and drinking tea. The service provided by the hotel receptionist Chouchou is particularly thoughtful. Because of the schedule adjustment, he took the initiative to help us arrange a station drop-off service. It's a pity that the trip was rushed. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
