Before coming to Changbai Mountain, I looked at many hotels online, and finally chose this hotel in the countryside because I saw that it was newly opened in January 2024 and had a pick-up and drop-off service. The room facilities were fully intelligent and the restaurant made potato pancakes. It was particularly delicious. The hotel's service exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the hot spring was undergoing upgrades and maintenance, but the staff at the hot spring also enthusiastically showed me around. The hotel is also equipped with a swimming pool.

When I came to Changbai Mountain before, I always stayed in hotels in the town. This time I saw that this hotel must have just opened. I was worried about the smell at first, but I really overthought it and there was no smell at all. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is more Korean-style. The dishes are generous and the taste is very good. The guest room facilities are all smart and super nice! I booked their UTV ride and heard from the staff that they can also experience ginseng digging before and after May Day. Their service is really top-notch. I hope to come again during the May Day holiday.

It's a newly opened hotel. I was looking forward to it before coming, but I was disappointed after checking in. First of all, we booked a family room, which actually accommodated 3 people. When we got to the guest room, all the facilities were for 2 people. When I saw that there were only two bottles of mineral water, I immediately called the front desk to ask for two bottles to be delivered. The front desk replied that each room only has two bottles of water. I can’t believe it. I spent 1,390 on a room during the Spring Festival, and my request for two bottles of water costing 2 yuan was rejected? What we are saying is that as long as the customer does not ask you for several boxes of mineral water to take a bath, most hotels will not refuse this request. Not to mention five-star hotels, even 3-star hotels such as Jiji and the apartment-style B&B where I stayed in Yanji all provide mineral water. All other packages are for two people. I asked the front desk for disposable slippers and was told that there are two pairs of silicone shoes in the bathroom (the implication is that you can make do with silicone shoes); when I asked for pillows, I was told that the hotel was full and there were not many pillows. , I said it was not appropriate for the three of us to sleep on two pillows, so I sent a pillow (didn’t you say that there were no pillows in the room?); toiletries were not delivered when we asked for them; and there was no hairdryer in the room, so we were too lazy to ask for it in the end. (As for the hair dryer, the hotel called me after check-out to ask me where the hair dryer was. I didn’t see the hair dryer during the room check. It was really funny). In addition, this hotel is in a village, so it is very inconvenient to travel and eat. So we can only eat in the hotel. There are more than ten or twenty tables in the entire banquet hall, but only one menu is prepared. At this time, if there are other guests dining, they have to wait for others to use the menu before ordering. After ordering, the waiter brought us the tableware. When their disposable tableware came up, I thought it was outrageous. A banquet hall of a four-star hotel uses such cheap items. Our per capita consumption for dinner was 150+. It’s hard to say. Expensive, but with this kind of service per capita and such a package, it has already closed down outside, right? I won’t comment on the food. Everyone has different preferences, so I’ll just post pictures. The service awareness of the restaurant service staff is also very weak. They have to ask twice for everything they want, and often forget what you said. Our family was very dissatisfied with this dinner. The hotel's outdoor hot spring and pick-up station services are very good. The lady in charge of the hot spring reception was very enthusiastic. When she saw us wearing disposable slippers, she told us that they were too slippery and gave us two pairs of silicone slippers. Finally, we were told that we had a triple room. There were only two pairs of silicone slippers and they told us to wear one pair back (the hotel experience was so bad that even such a thing had to be praised). The service of the little girl at the front desk and the driver responsible for the pick-up and drop-off station was also very attentive. Thank you to these three staff members and the outdoor hot spring for keeping some good memories from this bad travel experience.

The room was super clean and tidy, and the waiter was enthusiastic and proactive in addressing our needs. We were assigned a north-facing room that day, but we wanted a south-facing room. The hotel manager actively cooperated and upgraded us to a superior room for free when there was insufficient room. The room is super big and the heater is very hot. It’s super cool to soak in the open-air hot spring in the hotel. Those who like quiet and few people must come and experience it.

Let’s talk about the background first: I was in Changbai Mountain during the Chinese New Year. Blueview and Crowne Plaza were all out of rooms. I accidentally found this hotel. There were no reviews on Ctrip. I booked a hotel with the mentality of opening a blind box. The price was about 1,300, which was quite satisfactory. ⭐Facilities: The rooms and the hotel are all brand new, and the decoration is very good. All rooms are smart and the facilities are very new. Whether it is beds, carpets, toilets, showers, many of them should be unused. Each room has windows for ventilation. ⭐Hot spring: I specifically asked the lady at the front desk. The hot spring is imported from the natural underground hot spring water of Changbai Mountain, not boiled water. I personally experienced it. There are five indoor soaking pools + one swimming pool, and 6 outdoor soaking pools. The water is very comfortable, and the outdoor sky is filled with ice and fire! ⭐Service: Very welcoming, the lady even helped deliver the luggage to the room! Super nice! ⭐Traffic: What many people are most worried about is traffic, because Naituoshan Village is very similar to Lanjing and Crowne Plaza. They are all located in Changbai Mountain, about 20 kilometers away from Erdaobai River, and the drive takes about 25 minutes. I recommend three ways of transportation: 1️⃣: Call the hotel front desk to provide pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station and help you book a car. (First choice, the lady at the hotel is really enthusiastic!) 2️⃣: Choose to charter a car in Changbai Mountain and ask about the price, which is estimated to be around 50-100. 3️⃣: Rent a car and drive yourself ⭐Catering: The hotel provides food, but of course there are not as many choices as in Erdaobaihe. You can eat in Erdaobaihe and then go there. ⭐Tour: Naituoshan Village is the first village in Changbai Mountain! There are many ice sculptures, snow projects, etc., and they are constantly being added and improved, so you can spend some time!

The hotel is really nice. It has a newly opened hot spring and swimming pool. The service is very good. It is next to the Milk Paradise. We stayed here specifically to experience the igloo hotpot. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service, so you don’t have to worry about it at all. It’s very nice. The baby had a great time.
