Toilet and shower room door do not close properly. Shower floor level does not allow water to flow out.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

the location is in Baihe Town, the price is good, the breakfast is delicious, we stayed here to be able to see scenery from the roof top but the roof top is not really good anymore, might be still under maintenance, there are famous Korean restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel's hard and soft furnishings are old. It looks like a 4-5 star hotel, but the tiles are cracked, the wooden decorations are peeling and fading. Such a high star hotel needs electric heaters for heating. Moreover, the breakfast costs more than 30 yuan per person, and the spine of the potato has a fishy smell. The service staff, the supervisor, and the chef did not ask the guests how to solve the problem, but were eager to prove that there was no problem with the source of the meat. In the end, it was only when my companions asked the hotel staff to apologize that they said sorry. The most important thing in the service industry is the service attitude!!!
