酒店環境好，服務很貼心，來不及下山退房的情況下，還幫忙收拾遺漏的物品，收拾晚上曬在屋外頭的衣服，貼心保管，給個大大的贊👍

房間很有特色，酒店是朝鮮族院落式的，可惜沒時間拍旅拍，有vip和温泉，雖然價格不便宜但是很划算了。整體而言剔除國慶溢價部分，還是可以看出來設施很新，傢俱也不錯，衹是談不上高星那種。早餐還算是比較在線。沒有自助洗衣房，洗手間也沒有掛鈎略擠。
温泉很好但是酒店去泡温泉需要走一百米的331公路很暗兩邊樹林有點嚇人，尤其是發現酒店和路邊都掛了驅獸鈴鐺，白毛汗都出來了。畢竟是長白山山裡呀，有沒有辦提高沿路的亮度或者提供下去温泉的擺渡車會更好呢。

在長白山北景區裏面，帶有vip權益，坐車到集散中心，然後小車上天池兩段都不用排隊，早餐也很豐富，送的有温泉票，温泉很不錯，是真的温泉池子。

真心是覺得太差勁了，到酒店入住沒有任何提醒，就説看牌子全靠自己理解，房間吹風機是這樣的，所謂的早餐就是粥和鹹菜，床鋪是這樣，再説服務的態度，讓你感覺是欠他錢沒還，問什麼都是你錯過時間了，因為你要把牌子的內容背下來，不然你沒有任何服務。服務人都是嘴巴封閉的，不做提醒和幫助，房間的床鋪也不換，衞生真是一塌糊塗

酒店位於長白山老山門附近，離二道白河鎮30公里左右，打車100元，附近衹有幾個酒店民宿和一個温泉，旁邊就是森林，沒有餐館飯店。優點：酒店為木製朝鮮族風格建築，周圍綠樹環繞，景色宜人適合打卡。因為在山裡麪，省去了從遊客中心排隊坐大巴車進山的時間，可以多睡一會，接駁上天池小巴因為有VIP權益基本不用排隊（後面接駁就需要排隊了）。酒店接駁車衹能從長白山高鐵站起止，不經停二道白河鎮，接駁車按高鐵的時刻表安排車次，不是隨到隨接。最晚一班送高鐵站的時間是5：30從酒店出發。如果還想在二道白河鎮遊玩，衹能去高鐵站倒車，有點麻煩。超出酒店房間人數（1.2米以上）需要加錢購買權益240/人，權益包括早餐、温泉門票和VIP通道。缺點：附近沒有飯店，衹能在酒店吃飯或者去旁邊希爾頓吃飯，但是酒店點菜很貴，也許是旺季的原因，一盤餃子68，沒有低於68元的炒菜，分量口味中規中矩。
