When I walked into my hotel room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk, and they kindly switched me to a different room. Great customer service! Also, they have fresh fruit, which is a plus.

The room facilities are very old and the price is really not cheap. The breakfast is terrible. It is better not to include breakfast. The decoration at the door is a bit difficult to find. The toilet is broken?

It was so noisy that the train station started soliciting customers at around three o'clock in the middle of the night. There was still cigarette ash in the bathroom, the TV couldn't be turned on, and the lights in the room were broken. I was speechless.

除了房間大、衞生好、交通便利之外，這家店還很實在，我已經是第三次入住了。今年一月南太行户外活動，凌晨四點到安陽，七點集合出發，五個人來休息兩小時多，前台看我們人多，還特意開了個大房間，這也是我這次家庭出遊再次選擇錦江之星安陽火車站店的原因。
