Great hotel. Gym and pool are especially great. My only criticism would be that the breakfast buffet never gets refilled and it's almost half empty by 9am. Expected better from a 5 star hotel

Absolut pleasant stay, the dedication and service-orientation of the staff, especially at the front desk, is remarkable. Location is quite convenient next to Wanda Shopping Mall. Some of the furnishings show certain traces of heavy usage….but hey, it’s Anyang and not Beijing!

萬達品牌的酒店值得信賴，入住當天聽説滿房，但服務依然很到位，大堂在五一假期專門針對小童準備了文創活動，看的出酒店是花了心思的，很多想我這種外地人都很感興趣，小朋友們很開心。酒店的設施齊全，設備高檔，裝修很有當地文化特色。各個部門員工都很熱情，效率很高，我房間要了浴缸膜，很快就送到。在前台諮詢酒店周邊的訊息，也熱情的推薦。房間乾淨，整潔，衞生，空調給力，WiFi速度很快，淋浴舒服。中餐的本地風味菜，唯美量大，性價比高。停車方便，地下車庫乘電梯直接可到大堂。晚上去了倉巷街，五一假期非常熱鬧。這次住的很滿意，家人都很開心。

很棒的一家酒店，五一假期帶着全家入住，酒店大堂氣派，酒店裝修很能體現安陽文化特色，大堂有小朋友的體驗活動，印章明信片很有紀念意義，學習知識和娛樂兩不誤，玩的很開心，酒店是五星標準，邊上就是萬達廣場。位置優越，交通便利。停車方便，有安保人員現場指引，很方便，酒店設施齊全，設備完善，想了解下週邊的訊息，員工都會積極熱情介紹，房間設施完善，乾淨，衞生，衞生間都是乾濕分區的。窗外視野開闊，晚上很安靜。早餐廳菜品很豐富，口感也不錯，環境很優秀。工作人員服務很好，熱心幫助了很多。退房時幫我把行李直接送到地下車場，服務真得很棒，詢問我的入住感受，説明很注重賓客的感受。距離新開的殷墟博物館有20幾分鐘的車程，參觀完之後，感慨古人的智慧和歷史的厚重，很震撼，絕對是來安陽必去的地方。

應該是安陽最好的酒店了。在萬達廣場。交通很方便。吃飯也很方便。酒店服務更好。第1天本來入住迎賓館條件太差，所以第2天換了這個酒店。酒店唯一不好的是在鬧市區有點吵。

五一假期來到安陽，住在這家酒店，酒店地理位置優，交通方便，便利，出行舒心，環境很贊，屬於市區繁華地帶，酒店的設施全，設備齊，應有盡有，配備的很有用,，融入本地文化，典雅高貴，門口保安很有素質，地下車庫安排了專人值守，井然有序，服務人員熱情,服務意識強，待客禮貌，都很專業，大堂還有自取的景點介紹，很棒，前台入住時給了旅遊地圖，在酒店遇到的每位員工都會積極打招呼，態度很好，房間佈局很好，歡迎水果很贊，晚上還送了小零食，窗户大，光線好，床品舒服，枕頭很舒服，睡的很好,前台服務貼心，高效快速辦理手續，停車方便，酒店提供免費的停車券，禮賓給介紹的城市訊息很全面，幫忙拿行李很好，送物也很快，特別推薦，安陽市區的幾大景點都很棒，還學會了一些甲骨文字，很開心，必須滿分好評，推薦給大家
